@Turquinito indeed, we never get to pick the teams we support for life (where I was born and who my dad supported dictated it before I even knew what football was all about haha) although I know a lot of people who've changed allegiances over the years! Luckily for me, I found out about English football on my own... and it was fate that painted me Red... to my utter delight and pain (more pain actually haha) over the years. Could we possibly keep focus on the competitions to what the thread was intended for?
I know that you have an issue with accessing the site and I actually had a very similar situation due to a device being detected being logged into the account (a cellphone) so contacted the email and the same thing happened to me.
After contacting the Sportsbet.io representative here (we all by now know who this is ) had checked into it for me and cleared it up with the proper department. So you might need to do the exact same thing so to be able to gain access to your account and have it released to you.
As many others have said, do not create a new account as this would just compile the problem even further and more explanation due to multi-accounting might come out of it.
As for your inquiry, I will leave the current messages due to the others responding to it but any further posts from others with these type of questions (which result from account and bet settlement issues) will be deleted. Because they are derailing from the discussion in which what the thread was created for.
Sorry to seem harsh but it is nice to have a cleaner view of the thread and not be off-topic. As it is not a trouble-shooting thread.
I can create a thread in the proper section of the forum if steve or sportsbet.io would like to have one place to direct all questions and have answers for anybody else who have had these particular issues with the site.

So that's what I was worried about and decided not to create a new account I've contacted support on the live chat they can't give a reason
then asked me send email to security team, until now I have not received the email.


Sportsbet has been blocked in my country so there is no other way than to use a VPN

I think you need to contact with Support about this issue because they can give you better reply about your issue why are you not creating account without VPN because this is much better and safe for you and your funds but if its not possible then try to have an account with VPN but stick with just one country hopefully this will work for you if they allow to use VPN otherwise drop this idea and try on some other place.

After Maradona's passing, it was surreal to see die hard Boca and River fans put the past behind (at least for a few days), cry and hug each other while paying their respects. So I am sure if I cheer for the wrong team you will find it in your heart to forgive me and keep me away from your ignore list. 
In Argentina you don't get to choose which team you cheer for, your grand parents already did, you just continue with the family tradition.
As for me my wife would divorce me if I ever stepped in El Monumental.   

I wouldn't create a new account without talking to the support or Steve first. Maybe they can lift the restrictions on your old account or close the old one and allow you to open a new one. Just creating a new one will result in issues sooner or later most likely - and some headache, if you happen to win big amounts, maybe even in MM

I missed several contests here including MultiMaster which is my favorite, my account is banned from almost all promotions and I believe this happened because I use Vpn
I use VPN with different countries because sometimes I forget which country I used last. If i create a new account will there be a problem in the future? anyone have the same experience?

The winner of the side contest will be determined solely by the prediction of the total number of goals scored.
If the exact outcome is not predicted by anyone then the prize will be given to the member with the prediction closest to the outcome.
The prize can be split by 2 members if for example the outcome is 36 goals, assuming no one picked 36 and one member picked 35 and a different one picked 37, then the prize will be split between the two members.
