Just wanted to ask you SyGambler on the status of your request (KYC verification) if you don't mind? Also, when you become verified with Sportsbet, is your withdrawal/deposit unlimited on a daily basis or is it still limited but with bigger cap on it?
I'm not a huge bettor but who knows, maybe I can become one in the future and this information would be very helpful for me and for others too.
I still have no idea , but I saw that sportsbet may ask for KYC in case you have a lot of btc in your account so I did the verification since I may start depositing more money with sportsbet especially that champions league started
The thing I've observed is that the people who win a promotion , or win a substantial amount in a promotion are generally being asked for verification.
This is a way of stopping people from taking away purely free money of promotion or at times could be done for genuine purposes. Either way the user cannot question the site as this is written in the terms and condition.
as much as I hate KYC but to be fair I see sportsbet the only site here in the forums that actually have the right to ask for it
not because of legal stuffs and AML BS , but because their price boost where you get odds that aren't available anywhere else even in big fiat names
thats the only good reason for KYC in sportsbet , like imagine someone having 10 accounts just to use more price boost
of course they may ask for KYC in different occasions as well , but I'm totally against that unless they suspect someone multi accounting to benefit from the price boost
