(v) we determine that you are colluding or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud Sportsbet.io or its customers;
(vi) we determine that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.

As you have already withdrawn over your original deposited sum your remaining account balance will be voided.

So please, I hope everyone is so intelligent not to register at sportsbet.io .  I gave them my private documents, made a webcam verification, but there was never a possibility to become full access of account back.  Sportsbet.io =  BIG FRAUD

Since today is impossible to access the site with an italian IP, it seems that the italian gambling regulator office has blocked the site with a DNS redirection

please keep us updated here , my account is working but I was going to do the KYC so I can bet bigger with sportsbet and watching this made me cautious

I have passed again the same withdrawal problem of two weeks ago, contacted directly the support and solved in more or less half an hour. There should be a flag or something to disable the gameplay withdrawal protection, because I'm not the only one enrolled in the signature campaign.

Try restarting your phone or use "time sync" in app.That was the solution to my problem.

100% sure about username and password, I requested to reset password but I was unable to do it because keep on getting wrong code message. It seems the problem is in the 2fa code, but I do not think the problem is in my authenticator as I use it for some other sites and all of them works as usual.

I dont if I am right here, but I have a problem with sportsbet.io.
I made some deposits and some bets, but since last Friday I am not able to bet. I have access to my account, but when I wanted to place a bet, it just loads and nothing happens. I was in livechat and they told me to write to [email protected]. I did this and they asked for verification documents. I have a cloudbet account too, but I never had to send verification documents... But I have sent the documents the security email. Some minutes later, they replied my mail and I had to do a webcam verification in addition to the documents I have send them... Although it was very painful for me to do such a webcam verification, I made it and I thought I will be able to bet from now on. But nothing... Last email from sportsbet security was:

"Thank you for finishing our verification process.

Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.

As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions we would like to extend your the ability to explain.

Under rule 3.5
"You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account/s will be frozen."
and rule 3.6.

I have send you my correct email and my correct birth date and I verified it with sending my documents and made in addition to it a web cam verification with my face which was very painful for me, because I have never done this before.
