Since today is impossible to access the site with an italian IP, it seems that the italian gambling regulator office has blocked the site with a DNS redirection
Try using Google DNS (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1). You would probably get better DNS speeds from switching than from using your ISP's DNS services anyway.
That's not completely true imho (i'm a sysadmin). Generally speaking the ISP DNS is located on the same AS of the IP address, so the DNS queries are managed faster (with less hops compared with a query to google or cloudflare).
