Seem that its occur with my friends too, and now they just keep asking me about it,they dont receive any free spins from the promotion.I regret invite them to this website, now they seem not believe me anymore.

Quick question, I've been receiving notifications in my account saying that I have free spins. When I try to click it, I was transferred to another page but it will not let me play anything or use the free spins that was indicated in my notification tab. I dont if I am right here, but I have a problem with sportsbet.io.
I made some deposits and some bets, but since last Friday I am not able to bet. I have access to my account, but when I wanted to place a bet, it just loads and nothing happens. I was in livechat and they told me to write to [email protected]. I did this and they asked for verification documents. I have a cloudbet account too, but I never had to send verification documents... But I have sent the documents the security email. Some minutes later, they replied my mail and I had to do a webcam verification in addition to the documents I have send them... Although it was very painful for me to do such a webcam verification, I made it and I thought I will be able to bet from now on. But nothing... Last email from sportsbet security was:

"Thank you for finishing our verification process.

Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.

As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions we would like to extend your the ability to explain.

Under rule 3.5
"You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account/s will be frozen."
and rule 3.6.     
"If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member Account being blocked."

I have send you my correct email and my correct birth date and I verified it with sending my documents and made in addition to it a web cam verification with my face which was very painful for me, because I have never done this before. Yesterday night the site was very slow to load, tried to clear cache and cookies but still waited like 30 seconds for the homepage to load. Today seems all resolved

Is anyone else able to access Sportsbet.io , I wanted to use the cashout feature to cashout some of my bets because it was winning, but I am stuck at loading, loading goes up to a certain place and then stops.

Exchange account is different than a gambling site account. As an exchange , they usually have a legal license and comply to the rules of keeping your identity safe. Plus you are not doing anything wrong trading in an exchange unless it is banned in your country but for a gambling which is mostly bann in alot of countries is an exceptional case

Is it a must to do kyc verification? Or you did it because a specific reason such as for big withdrawal amount? I have not experienced KYC here and I will never do it unless I need to do it because I win so big amount here lol.
