No, I did not send it to the wrong address, so I put the Etherscan download trace in the post. It's simple, just look.
They sent me an email saying that everything was settled, but it is not.
So they sent me another email saying that they will contact Shapeshift to solve the problem, but the problem is that Shapeshift has nothing to do with it, the balance is in the given address, just see here

I lost my money? I sent a quantity in Ethereum to the site and it takes more than 6 hours, and the balance has not yet appeared there. I noticed about it few times already, indeed sometimes deposit is credited instantly but sometime it needs to wait for 3 confirmations (btc). The only thing we can do is just waiting and check our deposit history. If it is more than 3 confirmations but the deposit is not yet being credited then we should ask about it through live chat.

not sure about DGB but it seems there is a general problem with deposits in sportsbet , I just made 0.03 BTC deposit and usually sportsbet instantly credit me but now my transaction has 2 confirmations and still not showing in my balance

Those crooks owe you $10 worth of DGB!   You prob bombarded them w/ emails for that $10 and are ignoring you.     You may want to try the live chat function.
To answer your question NO, don't by a gun.  It's not worth ending your life over $10 that will prob show soon.
