Why i cant acess the site when im loggin in, stuck in green circle but when i open the site on incognito i can open it then i login stuck again

it's explained but there were 6 goals and I received 10 spins which means I received more spins so not sure why
now the promotion page saying that players will receive 2 spins for every goal scored , but I guess they just doubled since we will have only 2 games day instead of 4
