First you requested the documents per mail, i sent them, than you wanted to verify via the platform veriff which is something weird, did it as well.
Trying to withdraw funds, not possible.
Is it some kind of joke what you make or ?

I will be happy if you can solve it asap before i write to all forums about the problems.

With regards to no withdrawal fees - I can tell you that this is not a promotion and that there are absolutely no plans to bring in any sort of fee for withdrawals over 2mB.

SyGambler - haha, yeah man it could be a case of some sort of nuclear dragon. Or something like the boat scene in King's Landing and Bronn's arrow. With Cersei, Jaime and Tyrion all there, surely there will be some interesting scenes in this upcoming season!

We have a lot of interest in Cheltenham, Aintree, the Curragh racecourse, Royal Ascot, Kentucky and all of the other big horse races worldwide so we have discussed about bringing in horse racing but to be honest, I can't give a 100% answer on that yet or a timescale. There's no way to track your progress unless your at the top 10. You have to manually add each boosted odds every time you bet if you want to see how many you points you have or use all of the boosted odds until you see your name in the leaderboards.

This is also the same question that I have in my mind. Here's to hoping that it stays like this indefinitely because it really is very convenient to your users. Other sites deduct it to the users' balance and most of the time, they deduct huge fee for any kind of withdrawal. It is also very important to note that many bettors tend to choose the website where they will place their bet based on its withdrawal policies.

Afaik the free cost withdrawal is not a temporary promotion, it does exist since the first day of the launch IIRC. As I remember, I have never payed any fees for my withdrawals so far and they process withdrawal with standard transcation fee so it wont take too long to confirm. Related to when mempool is clogged, I believe they have their own policies and they may change it depend on the situation.

Now you know the cash out option. It won't be available most of the time because live odds always move when there's something going on. If you don't see any button on your betslip that's because the feature is not available on all types of sports except for the major ones like soccer. basketball, etc. It's not perfect but it does help you reduce risk when it's available.
