Hey there! I have not yet received the deposit or refund of the 200 DGB I have deposited. What should I do? have I already written several emails? I have to buy a gun?

Those crooks owe you $10 worth of DGB!   You prob bombarded them w/ emails for that $10 and are ignoring you.     You may want to try the live chat function.
To answer your question NO, don't by a gun.  It's not worth ending your life over $10 that will prob show soon.

He said shoo away the player from claiming his profit and not shoo away players from betting.

If according to your theories, the only reason to have KYC is for legal reasons, then this is not what sportsbet is doing because otherwise they would need to do it in case of deposits as well. Wink

actually most of the fiat sites I know allow players to deposit then ask for KYC only when the players want to withdraw , at least that's my experience so all are the same
but still don't know why KYC in sportsbet only if players want to bet big , other sites have KYC no matter how big or small player's balance is
The difference here is that diat currencies enforce kyc even for $1.

Whereas here we see that the kyc is enforces on selective withdrawls hence making it suspicious and questioning the aims of the site.

What fiat bookie allows you to withdrawal $1?
You have no idea what you're talking about and deserve negative trust for your shit posts.
Seems like you are a complete idiot.
I was just trying to explain you with an example that fiat sportsbooks require kyc for all withdrawls, even for the smallests.
But here we are talking of selective enforcement of kyc, either it should be made cumpulsory for all(on certain amounts) or should not at all be enforced.

However I am not claiming the site to be scammy in any sense but this action does point out to somethung fishy. I myself already continue to play there, I am just trying to gice plain facts and no accusations on anyone are intended.
Sorry but its sad to see people such as you failing to understand basic facts and take everything as an accusation.
But to deny winnings based on an unjustifiably KYC procedure is scamming. It is also a criminal offense to ignore civil and criminal laws like AML and other regulations!

is the site down?

I can't get it to load past the "flashing" circle in the load screen

it's been almost an hour now and I've tried different VPN / browsers / devices.

it will just loop the circle animation.

not trying to be alarmist but is it down for other people and / or when will it be back up?

 Huh Huh Huh

The site is working fine, at least I have no issues in accessing the site today. Try to clear cache or use incognito mode browser, hope it will fix your problem.

regarding KYC I contacted support and still couldn't take an answer from them regarding my situation , I want to do KYC so I can bet bigger
but the thing is that I can't have a utility bill or a bank statement in English , but I can get a residence instrument issued by the local mayor and can translate it to English by a sworn translator

so will that be accepted to verify my account ?

in BTC we trust!
~snip

I uses this platform. today i have my first bad usability. Really simple, i win 2 bets. One charged on my account correctly.

The Another one bet . "You win", but no show the extra value on my account.

Its simple calculation, i put 0.13eth profit 0,132 and 0.11eth profit 0,12eth , the sum 0.25eth. Just the 0.13eth was charged correctly.

The extra 0.12eth, desapear ... when you contact support you cannot add a screenshot or photo.

i will try use another platform , to me, this is a realllyyy bad experience... its hard to win, and when you have success, you not receive money =/

If the @sportsbet.io user can help, i will appreciate.

Thanks.

If a casino is obligated by laws and regulations, then they have to enforce KYC for deposits and withdrawals if they exceed a certain amount.

As you correctly said, sportsbet and their other scam site bitcasino enforces KYC only selective and only in case of withdrawals, referring to their non-existing regulator!

They do this because their target group are dump people who are even not able to understand very basic things.

I can see lots of negative comments here regarding clear rules. For those of you have complained, which sites do you think are the best in terms of visible sports betting?

It highly depends upon what amount you want to bet with. For bets lower than .3BTC Id recommend sportsbet.io as the best because it indeed has the best UI in place however gor larger amounts people have complained that they start weeping out for kyc in order to shoo away the player from claiming his profit.

Where in the world did you get .3 ?
No sportsbook would want to shoo away any players- thats just nonsense talking.
The idea is they want to keep their clients playing.   They win a little then give it back to bookie and then more = bookie wins!
Only reason they would have to KYC is for legal reasons- not to shoo away clients that will most likely lose in the long run.

The idea is maybe they dont want peoole who win to take all of their winnings easily. Maybe they cannot afford it or maybe the intentions are not cleanm

0.3 beacause I have wagered this amount without much issues.

It's clear that you are only shit posting because you get paid for your signature, but what you are saying only goes to show that you have no idea what you're talking about.
Assuming a bookie asks for KYC because they can't afford to pay out is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've read on here.
Regarding intentions, I don't see too many actual real people (not paid shills) complaining that Sportsbet doesn't pay after you provide documents.
0.3 BTC is nothing for a bookie, so get a clue and take your Indonesian shit posting for dollars elsewhere, someone should report you.
