I think no  Wink In your case, it would be more profitable for Granada to win (if you do not take into account the most profitable option when you guess the exact score). Today, most forecasters received 1.5 points and thus you are 0.5 points behind a large group of people. Sometimes it’s better not to get any points at all, but at the same time so that others don’t get either  Grin

I don't know. This is my first time I'm competing in a pool so I'm still learning. The problem is that I have no idea how others have answered until the game starts or if I lock my answer. Implayed this way the entered season and so far it has brought me good result so I'll continue to do so.

This feature works the same for everyone, it would be strange if you could spy on other people’s forecasts - then the leaders would remain invulnerable. Or we would see “games” where people made fake predictions and then changed them at the last minute.
Last season I was also a newbie and things were going well for me, this year everything is much worse  Cheesy

Damn it, this was easy win for Osasuna, and I hoped for a little surprise with boring draw in my Supebru predictions.
Last La Liga round was my worse result so far, and I dont think this can be repeated even if I wanted to do it  Grin
For tomorrow Real Madrid looks like a sure win for me, but Sevilla can always wake up when nobody is expecting it.

I see that Granada let down many forecasters (by not scoring their goal) and did not allow them to earn exact points. It’s quite illogical since Granada scores quite a lot of goals on average, while Osasuna concedes enough.
/snip

That's the reason why I went with a 3-2 win for Osasuna. I expected Osasuna to win but Granada played only two games this season without scoring a goal. Never mind, I like getting a point here. A point is always better than nothing Smiley

what an international break can do to a topic, it was a real deal to find it
on a page 7 in Gambling topic, with my post - going into International break as last one

nevertheless, Osasuna is breezing past Granada as expected (it does seem that this season has heavy favorites for relegation - Almeria and Granada, comparing to last season when half a league flighted for survival)

Sevilla is waiting for Real, in a match that can hardly be called a derby, hopefully it will prove me wrong

Seville - Real is interesting only because of the “signboard”, I think that Real should take 3 points without any problems. Surprises are possible in the Barcelona - Athletic game.

it looks to harsh and fast to give him pedal after less than 10 rounds this season
he took a European trophy last season after all, there is not many teams that can claim Europa league as their home venue, no matter form

can't say why, but I do think that La Liga is pretty much weaker this season, Barca and Real high above, Atletico will try to fight, all others being far away, although Girona shows some spirit, but it could be seen against Real what class difference there is
Valencia started solid, but it looks that we will have another grim season

going to international break

Goodbye Mendilibar. It was always coming, wasn't it? Think it was the costly points dropped in La Liga rather than UCL (since they would naturally prefer dropping to Europa, right, haha).

Can't quite decide if now's the time to spam them for a probable string of wins after this, or just bank on them losing until they get a new manager.

Edit: Found out it's Alonso. Don't know much. Meh.
Damn, in recent years Sevilla is changin their managers like socks. They don't give them much time. And it didn't looked that Mendilibar is there for long, he was appointed more just to save 22-23 season. Thisseason start was really disappointing, though, in Europa league everything goes by their plan, as Sevilla is 3rd in group now.
Only thing that I know about Alonso that he didn't managed to get out of group with Uruguay in World Cup. Somehow I doubt that he will be in Sevilla until end of season.

This was certainly one of the worst rounds I had in all my Superbru history  Tongue
I know La Liga had a lot of draw results this time, but having eight wrong predictions and only two points is embarrassing result for me.
Congrats to cls63 and other guys who made very good results this time, and I will eat with my wooden spoon.
Break in perfect time to recover from this disaster.

Farewell LEO: o_e_l_e_o
I was near the bottom of the table few weeks ago, but managed to climb my way up. And the best thing is I didn't change anything while providing my answers. I guess was just lucky in the last few weeks. Like I climbed up, I could get back down if my luck turns around.
I know there are no secret technique to score good points in the pool, it's all luck and some analysis. But mostly it's luck I think when it is to get exact score.I think in La Liga pool I am yet to get an exact score. It's just not happening with me. Last year I had bad run in PL pool but it was not bad like this year. I am not doing well in other pools too. Hopefully this bad time will end soon.

Stupid Granada, or stupid Barca lol. I keep feeling like we're relying on one guy over and over, and it's always some young guy who shouldn't have this kind of burden. Yamal is great but we don't need another burnout Sad

I'm here and there and all over the place. Obviously I have to pick Barca 100% of the time so I hope they appear as underdogs in a few matches so I can get some points above others Smiley

I don't even watch any specific match. Why would I? I was checking if I have any improvement on the pool and noticed I am 28th out of 28 LOL. So far I have joined many pools but never had this experience before. It's something new for me LOL

I can use tips from you La Liga experts 😂

Damn Sevilla!
I had them to lose against Rayo Vallecano and they scored in last moments of the stoppage time for 2:2 final score  Angry
Not a very good start of La Liga Round 9 for me, I hoped for better results and to see one or two surprises today.
How is everyone else doing?

I also had Sevilla to lose 1-2 against Rayo Vallecano and was quite happy to see that almost everyone else went with a draw or Sevilla win. All three of us had Rayo Vallecano to win 2-1 and cpuld have gotten 3 points but no... They had to score an equalizer.

I knew this was gonna be a draw deep down but I just felt like after a strong performance that ended up as a draw in Champions League, they would try to avoid disappointment in La Liga.

I know never to bet money on this team already but in Superbru it's too hard to miss out on them.

Iago Aspas star is falling, sadly. And that means Celta star is dying Sad

not sure if anyone is watching, but Almeria scored three goals in five minutes at the end of first half, all three by Louis Suarez, and assist by Ramazani, all in five minutes

since then, Granada missed a penalty, scored a penalty, and it is now 3:2, aiming to finish as draw IMO
interesting match overall, two relegation fooders fighting for fresh air

Unfortunately, this season I have to say "I didn't watch" even more than usual. Generally I have work or sleep but this time working even weird hours that my online time is restricted and late night UCL is all I can afford to stay up for.

But the games have been fantastic these weeks right? And I know I jinx it but I said from the start maybe Atletico is the real deal...

This was very tight round in Superbru, only two players got one exact score and this can be changed only with last match Las Palmas vs Celta.
I was trying to watch the match but it is almost as boring as Atalanta vs Juventus in Seria A  Tongue
Thee is small hope for goals and I would be most happy with miracle 2:1 win for Celta.
