BTTS wins the day again, Trofo! And yeah, Harko, no idea what's happening in all these pools for me, I'm already this soon in the season resigned to the fact I will probably not place in a single one. But that's okay, it was fun all the other seasons regardless.

So after seeing posts about Valencia and Sevilla getting wins, no one took up the Valencia/Sevilla acca I suggested? I didn't, heh.

Valencia with the lead at halftime, it's not been a game devoid of actions and chances at both ends, Osasuna have also gotten a fair chance to get on the score board.
I am really bad at our pool predictions but at least I had enough luck to cash out on a multi. Had a bit of stress when Osasuna missed penalty and already thought this ticket is a history. This is a perfect example of ticket that almost lost all its legs and came out winning in the end.
My choice in DOTA was 2:1 down and turned it around, both Šibenik and Osasuna scored a goal in the last moments of the game Smiley

Nice hit mate! The Valencia game really was thrilling to watch and I totally understand how nervy it must have been for you expecting one goal from Osasuna and they found it on platter of gold but to couldn't take advantage, but I love how they approached the game, even after going a man down, they probably could have gotten more than just one goal if the match had continued for a little longer, given how high they were pressing Valencia.

Congrats with your bet once again!

I don't know, I thought I hit a nice formula last season, top6 in all the pools (even top2 in all for a few weeks heh), top 1% in EPL global, but this season reminds me I know nothing!

I have always been practically shit at La Liga prediction pool except for this season where I tend to be getting by just fine, at least for now. But it's come at a cost for being awful in the Serie A, where I've always gotten better.

Valencia and Sevilla acca is almost 10/1, since there are a lot of you backing them. I'd actually go for that too, if I weren't so chicken to waste my bet on Friday game.

more watching leads to overthinking the score, and you should go with a flaw in first part of the season, second part is for improvement (not sure that it is working, but good theory dough)

🤑 Free Bets have been credited 🤑
Steve might just could busy, so probably once the weekend is over, I'll get them all.
Hi @Harkorede,
As you alluded to, Steve is likely tied up at the moment with other SB ventures and will ship pending Free Bets to everyone once he has a chance.

what about Sociedad, can they smash Villareal on Sunday?
I went with a close win for Villareal, but this feels like a 50/50 game even though Sociedad have the home advantage. This is probably the only match in La Liga that i'll add to my bet slip. BTTS or over 2.5, haven't decided yet

Yes, Sevilla me too, I think for betting (good odds!!), but not for picks lol
win @3 odds at home against a team that only won once at the Sanchez Pizjuan in the last decade? worth it

but I don't think that a change in head coach will help them beat Athletic right away.
I actually think the former manager lost the dressing room. Sampaoli with all his managerial experience and technical staff could be what these players needed to improve their overall performance on the pitch and bring back that winning mentality (jinxed. now watch sevilla go 0-3 down at HT lol, ffs)

Am I the only one here who belives Sevilla are gonna bounce back and start winning games under the new coach Jorge Sampaoli? oh i'm the only one? really? ok then  ):

Obviously, Sevilla will finish the season higher than 16th and return to at least the top half of the standings, but I don't think that a change in head coach will help them beat Athletic right away.
Athletic lost only one game and they have only 4 goals conceded, a draw for Sevilla will be a good result. As for the Champions League, there are no chances there, but they can get into their favorite Europa League.

Anyway, don't forget tomorrow game again, time for Valencia to lose? Wink

not so fast, I do not think that we are going to lose it tomorrow, Osasuna is better at home, but Valencia is playing better this season
actually, since losing from Atletico, we had few solid matches, especially at home, but even at Rayo, where we lost, we were a bit better side

but it could be time for Sevilla to get closer to relegation zone, looking at their performance in CL, Bilbao could be a good pick (although @2.3 it does not have value betting)

Damn, now I'm thinking of what picks to put in for my prediction. The form of Osasuna is so good as you said it looks like they should get the points but Valencia, you know, as everyone does, it keeps letting us down if we go for it.

But I also prefer to pick the better side (from games not points) even though that hasn't helped me much in Barca and Real keeps proving it's not what wins games necessarily, just need 10 minutes of magic.

I went with 2-0 Valencia and i'm pretty sure this is gonna hit, i have a feeling Cavani is gonna smash Osasuna today

smash Osasuna, and call Ronaldo to join him here, rather than playing Europa league with United, better weather at least

you are not the only one gone with Sevilla, I went with them to win in the pool, but in betting will either skip it, or go with Bilbao, different sentiment for pool and betting

I have 1:1 for Valencia game in the pool, so let's hope it ends that way and gets me nice win on the ticket as well.

btw: I have a little question is there any further requirements needed to get the Yellow cap reward, turned out I got lucky enough to win the last round in Serie A pool.
Nope, that is it, I'll check to see why you didn't get it yet. It is also possible it expired since it has validity of 3 days usually. Also be sure to have wallet set to correct currency.

I'm pretty sure it didn't expire from my end and I've also sure my wallet is in the appropriate currency too, I have been pretty much on a gambling spree all week long so I sure did check, at least daily. and I got that of the last Thursday NFL football night hosted by @jeremypwr already, but that of the EPL Pool and Serie A ones just haven't been credited yet, I'm certain. No pressure though, I just wanted to be sure that they're aren't any extra actions needed from my end to receive 'em. Steve might just could busy, so probably once the weekend is over, I'll get them all.

Sevilla is totally out of form this season, their usually rock solid defense looks broken and I will play Bilbao to win or Bilbao to score over 1.5, whichever pays better.

Valencia plays better but they are quite poor in away games, just one point this season so far. I am thinking they should be good for at least one goal so I will probably go with both to score. Did not even know Cavani is there, how come no goals for him yet? Was he injured or late transfer maybe?

I find the Odds almost the same for both options, Bilbao to win ~2.50 and over 1.5 goals for Bilbao is at 2.35, ideally I don't see a 4 goals game here so if Bilbao are going to be able to score at least 2 goals, it safe to believe they'll also win the game.

Osasuna vs Valencia look much more even imo, both teams have similar results this season, except one playing better at home and the other not so well, but that could also be just coincidence, I like BTTS here or a pretty much riskier correct score approach for 1-1, if the Odds is decent enough.

late transfer, he joined in early September or something, played last two matches, cannot play whole match dough (years and fitness combination, I think)
it looks better with him on front, but both forwards are out tonight, Castillejo is out for injury and Andre for red card, more space for Duro and Kluivert to prove themselves on the other hand

but if watching football has any correlation, then I should stop watching PL games...

~

How can there be an improvement if after the World Cup the season can be said to start anew and we will again suffer from a large randomness of results?
By the way, I don’t know guys where you get the strength and nerves to watch games - I try to watch a minimum of games, because even when I receive information about games through text broadcasts, I focus a lot on this, so when there are games, if I don’t make live bets, I try to find another activity to relax  Cheesy

so far, worst La Liga season for me, but this one is different from previous few seasons, Barca on top, and low number of draws per round

I had many terrible seasons not just in La Liga but almost everywhere other than 1 or 2 pools, but La Liga seems to be my worst performance, which is also the league I watch the most, so I can concur with discussions above, watching a lot doesn't make you an expert (or doesn't make you lucky lol).

whenever I change some score, it finished with exact score that I previously put and no points for me, so I decided to not changing score, but of course had to do it sometimes and ruin results
