Sevilla has hardly any chance against Real, I am pretty much outside this weekend, no plan to watch the match, but would be very surprised to see them not getting few in their net

Bilbao probably has better chances against Barca, they are in good shape, and always tough opponent for Barca, especially in cup matches

nevertheless, Valencia should not miss home win, will they no matter miss it?

I will definitely be inside, but definitely not up and in bed long ago already as this match starts at 3am for me. Of course I can try to stay up but waste my whole Sunday feeling like shit after that. Even Valencia match is way too late for me and I'm not interested to watch Rayo, Cadiz, not even Sociedad.

So it's gonna be a boring weekend for me looking at maybe a bit of PL.

Sevilla have already played ten matches out of which they won two and drew four and lost the rest. Real Madrid face 12th-placed Sevilla in La Liga on the 23rd. So that Sevilla, a relatively weak team, is likely to be defeated by the in-form Real Madrid in this match.

I'd back Sevilla to beat Real next but for me the odds feel a bit nonsense (seriously, given their form vs Real, and away, does anyone seriously expect us to bet for only 10/1? The answer is yes for me of course haha).
Sevilla have gone 13 seasons in a row without grabbing the 3 points at the Bernabeu, and they were at their peak in some of those seasons. 10/1 seems about right. Personally I think RM are gonna smash

Btw, we're in for a very exciting weekend in La Liga! Real madrid - Sevilla, Barcelona - Bilbao, Real Betis - Atletico Madrid. I'm definitely adding one of those games to a parlay, gonna use the free bet from the previous Round  Cool
Looks like very exciting round in La Liga, maybe I will finally manage to watch a game or two. I have been neglecting La Liga for far to long, always giving priority to Premier League. I blame fantasy football for that Smiley

Now way I would put any bet on Sevilla, they can't win much easier games then this one. And that is also true when they are in good form and currently they are far from that.

Too small sample size Slam, but glad you're getting inspiration for those wins, it's proven for me, and it makes me happier to bet regularly like that and provide a lot of good cushion for my other betting which is more emotional (and hence, more loss-inducing haha).

Great bounceback win from Barca last night, I love seeing Fati on the scoresheet. It's a simple formula that is profitable past 5 seasons: I have Real/Barca, PSG, Bayern, Big 4 English teams, formerly Juventus haha, all on watchlist, 10/1 and above against same league opponent, is almost a sure bet for me.
It is good to have your game that works for you. I could never place those bets you are making. Even when I expect though match for favorite I go just for both to score and I believe that favorite rarely looses matches like that. They can get one goal behind but almost always they manage to at least get a point from the game.

That being said, with odds like that you actually need just one win from 10 tickets to be in the positive so that works for you.

Actually, I never bet on big odds game (single bet not multibet, multibet if you don't get big odds you are doing it wrong lol) in the past many years until I actually came to this forum and saw guys like you post big odds bets AND win. I took sometimes inspiration from it and now I check my Sportsbet history and you're right. It actually makes more profit than my regular betting.
Last big odds single bets since 6 months (more than 5x):
8.9 - Loss
9.7 - loss
14.2 - loss
12.3 -loss
8.7 - WON (2 months ago)
8- loss
9.5 -loss
8.08 -loss
6 -loss
9.56-loss
5.7-loss
15 - WON Special (6 months ago)
11 -loss
16.4 -loss
9.3 -loss

So something like 8+x profit just doing this, which if I'm honest I am lucky to even x5 my wager amount on my regular betting

Of course such small sample and I don't make many bets as buway or other people as I'm not always looking out, but it makes sense. Do you guys remember Soccer Blackjack? That was the same thing. You win once and you can lose 21 times... and I followed practically every bet, it was so weird, we could lose 20 times and then hit a few in a streak, that was so profitable.

So the funny thing is I know it seems to work but my brain cannot process doing it because big odds just seems so impossible lol

Valencia missed penalty in overtime, that lasted for 13 minutes, but we did not deserved to win, Sevilla was better, especially in second half

all draws is nothing strange to La Liga, but I had none last night

And more each season now plenty of cards on both ends seems to be a big way to go betting too!

Every time when i see this unpredictable results like Valladolid wining 4-1 against Celta, i only can think in one guy who can put that kind of results, and open superbru to see if Rdbase put his always bold predictions against all odds. XD

But.... i noticed he is not playing this pool. He his mading his picks only in PL.

Really bad week for me.

Fun fact: Out of the top 5 leagues in europe, La Liga is the one with the least number of draws. Source: 30 secs of google search, so i could be wrong lol

yeah, this season is not having that many draws, agree

Sociedad should be an easy win tonight
Valladolid is already up against Celta, didn't expect that, while Betis is tight on goalless so far

Real should continue their strike against Elche, they can take points from Valencia, but hardly from Real

I feel terrible that I'm so predictable, unfortunately I only caught odds at 9.8x... should have been more patient.

I typically on a well-researched phase love betting on form, but also, betting on form changes, and this is a perfect sum of those two: Real to get their first loss while Elche gets their first win.

Today, winless Elche vs unbeaten Real Madrid. You just know @buwaytress placed a bet with Elche win @10 odds  Grin  I actually think this is gonna be a tough match for Benzema & Co :/

This is NOT a well-researched season for me and I am betting much more reckless than normal (maybe I need a break one of these seasons)... nevertheless Elche has to win at home 1 in 10 games vs Real, right?

2 or 3 times a season would be great, but whoever likes going for draws will be very happy about last night as I got nothing for "being brave".

while Sevilla and Valencia were somehow expected to draw, and Bilbao for the matter, Atletico shitted their match

Well done to you tomahawk! I would be happy to get nothing for yellow caps if I can actually get them in any pool. 2 or 3 times a season would be great, but whoever likes going for draws will be very happy about last night as I got nothing for "being brave".

Of course, the moment I will change my picks to draws is when teams will actually start winning.

Sevilla/Valencia, total trap teams, can we please never forget?

Slava Ukraini!
This season for me proves again that if something can go wrong, it necessarily will happen. After long thinking, decided to pick Sevilla win and game ended 1:1. Valencia actually were close to win game, but Bonou performed amazing and saved penalty on last minute.
In other game I had Athletic to win and everything looked ok, but offcourse, Getafe had to equalize score.

I think BTTS could hit with a 1-1 draw at FT,  @1.7 odds is good enough for me.

we had a match in our hands, but Sevilla scored to equalize this one, and it is 1:1 minutes to the end

Bilbao is in 1:1 score as well, with Getafe, after early lead
Atletico should end up different, but you never know with Rayo

I am also thinking this match will end 1:1 but I am not playing BTTS on games I expect to have only 2 goals, not enough of a margin for me and it can go wrong very easy. I am playing BTTS on matches where I expect higher scoring draw like 2:2 or maybe when some team is good in attack and terrible in defense (Leicester, Liverpool, Barca) and I know there will be goals.

If I don't bet on this, it will be a 4+ goal thriller, draw maybe or 3-2 or 4-3 win. If I do bet on it, it'll be a 0-0 stalemate with lots of cards. So I'll let you know if/when I bet on it Wink
I've already saved my predictions for this round, but i'm down to following picks today so if you or anyone else wants to share their bets, i'll follow them

with Sevilla that will be certainly different, and I do not expect a lot of goals

Lots of people still without picks, me included  Grin but I like to keep it close so waiting till 5 minutes before first game.

contrary, I like to put picks few days in advance, usually Thursday morning, coffee time, and rarely change later (it is almost always a miss when changed) - and not using mobile app, will probably change more with it

nevertheless, last night was a complete success in pools - three exact scores, two Calcio and one La Liga
however, midweek is always harder to predict

Thougts on Sevilla - Valencia this week? Cracking match, but also a toss up... right? or am i the only one who thinks Sevilla will put a up a fierce fight

~snip

result does not show that, but Valencia is actually playing solid football, and Elche scored two goals from defense
it was better to leave it on 2:1 from halftime and do not attack in second half, but we had it for few more, just to leave them space for counter-attacks

with Sevilla that will be certainly different, and I do not expect a lot of goals
I am not betting on those troll clubs, you can only loose money there  Grin

Make sure to make your picks guys, that Sevilla game is tomorrow in late afternoon and rest of them follow quickly. This is a midweek GW so no time to loose, go make you picks immediately. Lots of people still without picks, me included  Grin but I like to keep it close so waiting till 5 minutes before first game.
