Arsenal vs Everton tonight, hopefully Arteta’s machine keeps rolling. I don’t see Everton putting up much of a fight if I’m honest. They’ve been terrible all season which leads us to Liverpool vs Wolves. LFC have been really bad, hopefully we can somehow get a win but I am far from confident.

well, it seems like that on first look
but both favorites have recent memories on away matches where they lost to today's opponents

not so long ago, Everton won over Arsenal at home, it was a first match for new coach, and Sean Dyche has really good result against Arsenal (one lost match in six matches, coaching relegation fighters all along), if Arsenal win, this would be first to get 100 wins over opponent team in England
while Liverpool was a bit humiliated few rounds ago, 3:0 against Wolves
I am thinking it is revenge day today, at least for Arsenal. That first game for Everton was good but they weren't impressive after that. Now Arsenal knows what to expect, game is at Emirates and they have more than enough quality to to continue winning.

I am not so sure about Liverpool since they really aren't anywhere close to the form they had in past seasons but Wolves aren't anything special as well and this game should be winnable. I am thinking I will watch Arsenal, should be a cleaner game tactically.

Last time we played Wolves I called them offensively the worst team in the league and was confident in our win. They hammered us 3-0 in what was one of the worst LFC performances I have ever seen.

Let's see how we set up today, we were bad against Palace and there aren't many chances left to save our season. We need a winning streak and we need it now.

The odds are attractive but that's because we're a crappy cointoss team at the moment. I'll still probably bet on us, but last season these odds would have been 1.15 or less.

For me tonight it will be one of the rare cases in the Premier League where both favorites will win their game and I would go further than that, they most likely will both have a clean sheet during such games.I don't see Wolves putting a big fight either against Liverpool despite their somewhat good results recently,Liverpool need to win at all cost before their fans after they screwed up really bad in Champions League against Real Madrid and they were even leading 2-0 in that game.I am sure the fans wait a big answer from them tonight and as such the odd of 1.50 is a very good one for Liverpool to be placing our bets on.

Yeah, we've been the worst bed-shitters this season. Only Chelsea is doing spectacularly badly that we are just a notch above them. I think about at least 2 wins this season where we didn't really need to do much. The recent Newcastle gifting us 2 goals was one, but the Leicester 2 own goals too... without those 6 points, we're flirting with the bottom half, below Chelsea.

Really want Arsenal to win this too.

There is nothing Harry Potter can do at this point; he must leave.

I agree he's been out of his depth so far, but I also feel that this team is unmanageable. I really don't think that any coach would be able to work in a situation like this.

He really needs to have better results soon - but Chelsea is trying out something really dangerous here and whoever they go for next will have his hands full.

Harry Potter (New name) is out of his depth and has nothing left for him; he has no justification for leaving Abu and Chukwuemeka out of the team; he is blessed with some of the best young players in the world right now and has little to show for it. ETH didn't have much when he took over Manchester United deadwoods, and we can already see what he has done so far, winning them their first trophy in 7 years is something remarkable, a good coach doesn't always need 2-3 seasons to build a team.

There is nothing Harry Potter can do at this point; he must leave.

he is the smallest mistake there. a bunch of overpaid players who he didn't ask for and who have to play because they were paid dearly. also an unbalanced team, players bought it only because of the sound of their names. if Chelsea fires him, I don't know which manager who has at least a little credibility and dignity will accept that job. very bad behaviour towards managers, regardless of what kind of results and success they brought them.

if you are talking about Man Utd, just remember last season and compare the level of games of most of the players. and also look when the manager buys players (Weghorst for example) he thinks he needs, no matter how cheap they are. and look at the result.

I think the coach is not managing to put into the squad his mindset and finding the perfect balance and play with the players he have at his disposal. He should probably try many new things as most likely he will be out of the Champions League soon and how things look at the Premier League with his assurance that he will not be sacked this season he can be creative and try different team composing as to see which one works best for him,he has such option from now on I think.

Both of you are correct, but I must say that you misunderstood my comment on Havertz; I didn't mean to imply that he's not good enough to play for Chelsea; I simply stated that he's been playing as a lone striker since the beginning of the season, whereas his best position is the No.10 attacking role behind a striker. Overall, Kai is a fantastic player and one of my personal favorites at Chelsea.

Potter is not bringing out the best in him; he was a beast under Tuchel..

Yup, that part is true - his best position is for sure as a no. 10.
The problem they are facing is that Felix is actually playing quite well and he plays primarily as a 10, and Havertz is better than Felix in a more central striker role.

The problem that Potter is facing is that 2 players that are in best form are playing in the same position - but that is something he needs to address as well.

I agree with you - this simply isn't working well enough for them.

For tomorrow Arsenal looks like it has an easy game and if they win which most likely they should, they will consolidate their lead further for this season.

If you have two inform players in the same position, it's best to drop one to the bench and bring him in as a killer sub in the second half, we can't keep Havertz leading the attack when we have two natural strikers on the bench, Harry Potter needs to be ruthless if he wants to survive in Chelsea, he's too nice to be a Chelsea Coach, he had no idea how to control and manage the team. Kai deserve the bench at the moment.

If Chelsea decides to fire him, he will receive around £60m, a record for any sacked manager. I guess the money is another reason why the owners are still patient with him.

The sooner he realizes that Havertz lacks the ability to lead a team like Chelsea, the better. It's strange how Havetz keeps playing when we have Abu and Fofana on the bench, isn't it time to give either of these players a run of games? Potter is completely out of his depth.

We look lost against Tottenham for the first time in many attempts. I can't remember the last time I celebrated a win it's been ages.

I honestly feel that Havertz is one of the best players on the team. I'd play him every game I can, I'd never play Ziyech or Loftus-Cheek though.

I always think are players like they have a function or they are blesed and one of them is Havertz, he make only important goals, but aside of this he cant be the foward in lonely for Chelsea, he is better coming out from sub. Other players who are blesed with important goals/games, are Bale , or Di Maria for example, but this two yes can play the whole games.

Chelsea has too many options - he'll have to rotate all of them this season and that is not good neither for the players nor for the team.

They simply cannot build any ingame mechanisms while the team is rotating on a constant basis.

About Liverpool. i still think they have a little chance to make his way to UCL, because they are going out of UCL so they can only focus on PL so its gonna be interesnting this last run.

Chelsea for this season is I believe out of every competition next year and in the highly unlike case that they return to play well the maximum they can achieve is an Europa League or Conference League at best but seeing this recent form from them I highly doubt we will be seeing them in European competitions next year and even in Champions I think they will not go very far.

Arsenal has that game less than City which is going to play against Everton at home after tomorrow and is a great opportunity for them to extend the lead to Manchester City and consolidate their position for the title win.

It is true that Chelsea has had a difficult season so far and is currently out of all competitions for next year. However, it is worth noting that the team has shown resilience in the past and could potentially bounce back in the future. As for Arsenal, they are currently in a strong position in the Premier League standings and have a game in hand against Everton. If they continue to perform well, they could potentially challenge for the title.
So far, Liverpool's season has been somewhat disjointed, with some impressive wins and some disappointing performances. The team's recent draw against Crystal Palace, in which they failed to score, is undoubtedly a setback. It is worth noting, however, that Liverpool still has two games in hand, which could help them close the gap on the top four. Of course, there are many more games left in the season, and anything can happen in football. Liverpool has a talented squad and a strong track record of success, so a comeback and a challenge for a top-four spot is still possible.

Spurs winning really doesn't work in Liverpool's favor, especially after another poor performance against Palace. The gap to CL spots is increasing and we still look like s$!t.
Nothing for us this year. I have no hope in the CL too. Good luck scoring three goals and keeping the clean sheet.

I thought Chelsea is focusing more on Champions League
May be they will getaway from Dortmund in the second leg but then? In the draw if they are against a stronger team, they are off from the league.

Easy win for Tottenham, Chelsea was toothless once again. They have scored 3 goals in their last 10 games, a truly mind-boggling statistic.

I know Chelsea its digging more and more into the hole, but this game was a hard one in this enviroment, i surely know they are gonna lose this one, i only see a wake up after this game and against a low tier team.

And yes Potter.....

I thought Chelsea is focusing more on Champions League but then I saw they have their encounter on 7 March which is not this upcoming week so this lost game showed that Chelsea is in real trouble. Some friends of mine were saying that they bought a lot of good players like Enzo Fernandez and Guy Havertz but they seem to be going in vain at Chelsea, they are not being harmonized together and this shows that the new coach is not finding his way of play in this team,I think most probably it is time for him to be sacked as he is showing nothing from quite some game.
