Waiting for Liverpool vs Bournemouth, we are still yet to win a match unfortunately. Come on boys! Don't make it hard.

When it comes to the game I think Manchester United got lucky in this win after seeing their performance in the second half.
Even the bicycle shot after the 90 minutes did not find back of the net. I watched last 15 to 20 minutes and Southampton were always pushing Utd's bar.

This was a really interesting incident in the game. The ball came from Che Adams' chest first so I guess that was why the referee didn't think it was a penalty.

This is the video of the incident: https://twitter.com/nocontextfooty/status/1563511910536200193?s=20&t=7ZVK6ovP4UmmpwGflqtJag

When it comes to the game I think Manchester United got lucky in this win after seeing their performance in the second half. Because they lost control of the game in this half and Southampton found many chances. They still managed to score with Fernandes and kept the score till the end somehow. Their performance against Liverpool was better than this honestly. They couldn't defend Southampton as good as in that game. But they are still on a winning streak of two games. Erik ten Hag preferred Rashford over Ronaldo again after his last performance. Until the transfer window closes I expect him to keep this choice because Ronaldo is still eager to leave.

Manchester United win again but in the second half the statistics clearly speak of a better played half from Southampton and that they were unlucky to not get a draw.I am happy as I got a close score from this result for this game in the pool but what is interesting is Manchester United bouncing back at the top positions of the Premier League standings after two perfectly executed games by them.I guess they are of to a really good recovery and I believe this victory only increases their moral for the upcoming game which they will face a difficult challenge at Leicester City.

Can't believe I actually got the score perfect. Saints made more shots on goal and at least 5 shots on target I can remember, and yet they are the ones who lose. Seems like United found their rhythm of winning when playing badly again, thanks to Liverpool lol

To be honest, I didn't understand any of what you said  Grin Cry
I turned on the broadcast from the thread announcing this promotion. There are two presenters discussing the game. Where was I supposed to get a promotional code when a corner happened in the game? Where did you get the promo codes from?

I don't care that I missed the free bets, I care that I feel myself like a total idiot  Grin

LOL dude it sounds like you need to go into Sportsbet.io, as in log in the app or website. Then look for the chat, there is where everything happens Smiley They will give instructions live, and you have to enter your claims on the website itself. Youtube is just the social media channel but you can't talk there Smiley

I am out watching with friends at street stalls, so couldn't do that and I haven't even been on the chats for a long time but I miss all you guys especially Slissy lol

Has anyone been able to take advantage of this promotion? Firstly, I could only upload this broadcast on YouTube, and secondly, I did not see any promotional codes. Did the presenters voice them orally or what? Honestly, I feel like I wasted my time trying to figure out how it works.
Surprisingly, United still took the lead, and Ronaldo was released on the field not 5 minutes before the end.

I'm not able to go on, but according to regulars there are all receiving the freebets as we speak. Last time I checked 3 corners so 3 freebets already. In fact they're saying they're surprised not many more people are on there claiming those bets.

Are you sure you're on Club Talk? That's where it happens and where you can ask whatever's going on for any promo.

First half of Southampton vs Manchester United ended goalless and this is the true result is should have.It is so because if you see the statistics of the game they are almost the same for each team with Manchester United slightly better ball possession at 60% for this first half.

From what I saw in the first half I am afraid draw is the final result of this game, for me it either ends 0-0 or 1-1 but I don't see any of the teams winning this game unless one of them get lucky or get favored from the referee,in normal conditions I would put a bet on draw right now.

Chelsea are in a really problematic condition recently. They couldn't start well. I think that the reason is mainly related to their attacking line. Because they have sent Lukaku and Werner in the same transfer window which has decreased their attacking power a lot. Havertz is still the only player who is being relied on there. But we shouldn't forget that he is normally an attacking midfielder. His contribution as a striker wasn't good last season and he hasn't scored any goal in this season yet also.

Considering this fact, I expect a really tough game for them against Leicester. I picked a 2-1 Chelsea win anyway but I don't expect them to get it comfortably as I said. Until signing a striker their season might not be very bright later too.

I'm yet to review my predictions, but it's very likely to be a Man United for me, the worse my pessimistic self would settle for is a draw.

shit, I even included Rashford in my FPL team, cannot believe myself, but did it
what could worst happen, United can disappoint again, not more, not less

but it is interesting to see Ronaldo on the bench again, it is something unexpected, and I am not sure how is he handling that in his head, being benched all the time, and ruining many FPL teams

I'm likely to pick the Manchester United win this week. Because their performance against Liverpool was telling that something started to change. We watched a more effective team not only in defense but also in offense. If they are able to keep Liverpool at the level they want then they should be able to do the same against Southampton as well. However they should be in control of this game as much as possible. If they show some weaknesses again this could be the end of a winning streak already.

I fancy Man United chances at winning tomorrow too, not because they did anything worthwhile against Liverpool, but rather because Southampton haven't extraordinary too and haven't done anything to earn my trust, at least I'll feel better for backing Man United and they lose, rather taking a risk by going for Southampton then Man United win and most people from the pool go in that direction as well.

I've already chosen my predictions, and I've just glanced over them, and they seem fitting enough. I had Man United losing anyway Wink. So, I'm not going to change it due to the result they had against us. I still saw massive problems despite their performance. They'll likely get found out in the next few weeks again, like I said I think the media is taking this a little bit too far, but what can I say British media usually does.

Liverpool will bounce back, it's just a question of when. Southampton at 4.00+ odds is very enticing though, I might have to put a little bit on them to spice up my accumulator a little bit.

I expect to see Martinez and Varane in their defense line once more. It was a great duo against Liverpool and I'm glad not to see Maguire there.  Grin As Ronaldo is still speculated to leave before the end of the window Erik ten Hag might prefer him in the subs again. Rashford's performance was very impressive against Liverpool already so there is no meaning in putting him in the subs anyway.

I mean I can already picture in my head that Manchester United could possibly be smashing this game so why not push this up to the limit though. Manchester United would be attacking and Saints would be defending so high chances of actually getting corners throughout the 90 minutes ( or atleast I hope so lol )

That's almost guaranteed free money (please Saints, remind Ten Hag how lucky he was heh heh).

@Welsh: yeah I know I might sound like a blinded fanboi too but my son was asking me (he's a United "fan") why Liverpool aren't getting all the scrutiny despite being in 16th place and it was pretty simple. We're in poor form, but not for lack of trying. It's 3 games. Victim of the standards we set for ourselves.

The odds for the Saints are quite big at this point considering they are playing at home at 4.20 is a risk most likely people will take after remembering how bad Manchester United has performed when playing away, they lost 4-0 to Brentford which is not that a brilliant team from the Premier League while Southampton did some pretty good games so far and the odd 1.80 of Manchester when playing away sounds a bit ridiculous when we know how bad Manchester has played in the only away game they had.

I think the media are getting a little carried away with the their win against Liverpool. They came up against a Liverpool side that hasn't won a game in the league yet, I know it's only the start, but we've come against what people would expect the lower placed teams, and have struggled.

So, yeah I'm not getting carried away. Liverpool are missing 9 players through injury. Southampton aren't. Therefore their team will be more organised, and used to playing with one another. I wouldn't be surprised if Man United revert back to their previous form after this. Plus, you can't underestimate the new manager effect, and how that effects a derby.

Plus, Liverpool being in some of the worst form we've seen them in the last couple of seasons, yet still nearly scoring two or three goals has to be something to consider.

You're right. If you look as cynically as possible and do not take into account the names, it turns out that United won the team that is in 16th place, while they lost to teams from 8th and 5th places. What reason can there be to be sure of an away victory over a team from 11th place (being on the 14th)? It is clear that this is a slightly absurd point of view, but no less absurd than the euphoria after the victory over Liverpool (which could well have been a defeat).

Man United are in high spirit, Sancho unlocked, Rashford unlocked, yeah i think they're gonna smash southampton... United -1.5 handicap @2.75 free money  Wink

good old statistics
with this in mind, it seems that win against Southampton is free money indeed
~

I thought that after last season there were no people left who believed in free money from United  Grin The first two games of this season, it would seem, should have convinced the latter. United are away, Casemiro's adaptation, the team captain and Ronaldo are on the bench... I think that United's victory, even without a negative handicap, is not guaranteed. Southampton FC or draw with 2.00 odds seems like a safer bet. But I won't bet against United because I support them.

Double chance for Southampton at odd over 2 it is a great odd as I believe since Premier League is full of surprises so maybe we see another upset from Manchester United, they are not consistent at all under the new coach so I don't get it for granted that since they beat Liverpool they will go and beat other teams without problems.I am going to place a bet on double chance on Southampton but on the pool I will believe my guts and go with a Manchester United win, that is the most logical prediction for me.

^  But you gotta give some credit to Man United and Ten Hag by making the right choice of dropping Maguire and Ronaldo.  I do hope next time we see that squad but with Martial at the left instead of Elanga.  But yeah...  I think their win was a fluke.  Liverpool wasn't that bad.  It's just United made most of their possessions while Liverpool did not.  This weekend I'm guessing Southampton could be a problem for them.

Draw no bet for Southampton is 3.05, double chance is at 2.07.  United hasn't won a match in their last 7 away matches.
That's dangerous but not impossible tips I'm not sure they'll let go of the fire in their eyes against poor Soton, but the team appears to want to fight for the badge. I haven't seen that from them in a long time, though Manchester United tends to perform better against the top six teams when they meet. In this game, I can't pick a 1x2 winner.

Manchester United FC Highest Scoring Half; 2nd half @2.24

Nice one.  That line isn't bad at all.  Thanks...  Smiley

Yeah, in hindsight I was thinking more about Man United's win was more like a fluke and they have not been winning for the last 7 away matches or so.  Southampton has also been scoring some goals in all their league matches so far.  So yeah, another nice bet could be BTTS and the over 2.5 goals combo.  Haven't checked the line on that ye tho but if anything close to 1.90 and above, that would be a decent bet imho.
