I think if United are still planning on hiring Poch, there's a cheaper option..  He's managing the side they're playing against right now.  Grin  'Consider this the job interview.'.

Thought I got this spot on when Saints already led at half time (my prediction was 2-0). De Gea probably cost them that half, OSG did the right thing with the Henderson sub (though his hand was forced anyway with the injury). They're 3-2 now with Cavani, congrats to whomever picked United. Game's not over yet but I expect they'll see this through. What a sucker punch Saints will have felt with this blow.

Back to old glory days, United?

Think it’s the first weekend I’ve got 2 EXACT predictions come in (3 points x 2). I’m still too annoyed about our game to be happy about this though Cheesy

I suppose it puts me in a good position to fight for a yellow hat. Three games tomo!

Thought the Leeds game was gonna be another 0-0 thriller like it was with Arsenal last week but Leeds went and got the goal late on. I thought they dominated the first half and deserved the win, even though I backed them to lose. At least Leeds aren't conceding a ridiculous amount like they were, but these last two games shorelines really haven't been indicative of their performances.

Just popping on to say what a joke the PL officiating is atm. VAR is ruining the game, I’m so fed up with it. Every week something screws us, getting so annoying. You can’t even celebrate a goal any more because there’s always a good chance VAR are going to **** you.

I didn't watch it but just checked the highlights now and again it's one of those decisions where they've used a bad angle. Had they had a 'birds eye view' or one directly down the line it might have been onside, but either way who cares about these millimetre decisions. I seriously think they should consider allowing them if one part of the body is onside... or preferably getting rid of VAR  Grin.

The last penalty was harsh, even though there was minor contact. Had he not purposely gone down with the amateur dramatics it wouldn't have been given. Not surprisingly nobody backed the draw but two people did go with the 1-0 home win.

You not alone few minutes back I check on telegram group too many peoples  fed up with this VAR thing as they have some good amount on Liverpool and they all lost badly so they was also crying its really frustrating but authorties love to have this because they can manipulate results for their own sack which is badly killing beauty of soccer even already coved is also giving some serious after shocks empty stadiums also hurting.

VAR calls will destroy us this season. I mean, all calls were good, even the Salah goal, but we've had a goal disallowed almost every game due to an offside of a few millimeters.

Brighton deserved a point and we definitely did not play well, but losing points like this hurts like hell. You could see today how much Van Dijk means to Liverpool, we were really nervous for the last 15 minutes or so and you could just feel that we are ready to concede. When he plays, that feeling is mostly the opposite.

Predicted Palace win, and hedged it with a Newcastle bet, but because I was dumb enough to bundle that upset with a tight game in La Liga, I lost it anyway. So 0 points from Friday night, toma's probably happy that only a handful of this entire pool actually predicted a Newcastle win. Fancy Joelinton getting in on at the end eh?

Liverpool look the best betting value of today's matched, but if I'm Spurs, I'll be flush from last week's 4/1 win, should look to do a repeat.
That yesterday game had no goals written all over it and then Newcastle got those 2 late goals to screw my prediction. No matter at least my bets were green, I had under 2.5 goals for high stake and 1.half draw on another multi which got busted later.

Liverpool line up looks ok and should score a couple against Brighton, they will probably concede one as well so I am expecting result like 3:1 for the reds. Have a bet on them as a part of nice double with my main tip of the day:
Everton - Leeds both to score @1.6, this looks like free money to me. Both sides are bad at defending and I am expecting goals galore in this match maybe even something like 4:3 for one of the sides. If my early ticket passes and line ups are as expected I will be putting a lot more money on this one.

With that line up, I was thinking my 2 - 1 for Liverpool was still likely.  Watching the match...  Nope.  It almost looks like Liverpool vs Atalanta just played a couple of days ago.

Edit:  Finally!  Need one more for my bet.  Grin

Edit:  Salah off..  He doesn't look happy.

I think almost everybody here in the pool and almost everyone outside the pool also didn't expect a Newcastle win yesterday. You were smart enough to hedge it with another bet which unfortunately lost but I was so sure of a Palace win yesterday that I also placed a single on them with little money.I think a triple with Manchester City,Liverpool and Everton to win would be a great choice for today games.Yesterday 0 points for many of us but there is enough games and time to recover so let's see how it goes in the remaining games.

Except right now, we've just conceded a penalty (that's what you get Neco) which Maupay inexplicably missed (similar to de Bruyne's penalty miss against us except this time on the right), got a goal chalked off from VAR (another shoelace offside I have no idea I thought we'd actually get the goal).

I'm backing Leeds on a bet today, but now feeling a bit uneasy I placed a huge single bet on the Reds today. The lineup is so experimental. Millie and Mina in the midfield, Firmino the striker flanked by Salah and Jota... Nat Phillips in CB is letting everyone through on the counter, Alisson even had a slip. Hope Klopp makes the changes at half time, we survived this but need to shock and awe in 2nd half.

Leeds is my pick for today if I had to bet on one team, Everton are a game away from getting suspended Digne back though, and that to me makes the difference so a Leeds win for me here.

Don't forget there's a game on tonight between Palace and Newcastle. Many people seem to miss these sneaky Friday night games and 21 users still need to make their picks for it. It's not a game I'll be watching either way. Got a draw written all over it for me. Chelsea/Spurs is the game to watch for me this week. I might go with the Arsenal/Wolves match as well.

I feel like all 3 of those games could end up as tight draws, or one-sided. I picked with some hesitation a Newcastle slight upset on betting, Palace are the type of team who know how to snatch a win (Zaha's always good for a goal) but Toon Army need points on the road...

Might be watching whatever I can get this weekend. Spurs/Wolves seems like a probable big win. Hope to get some good points if I pick these games well.

Yeah, I've gone for a couple of draws on them. Annoyingly I had 0-0 on last nights game and then Newcastle went and scored at 88 minutes then another two minutes later. 0-0 are always scores you can get a decent lead on points from as it's by far the least picked score, though four others did go for it as well on that game.

Predictions submitted, I only just remembered, there’s a game tonight too so I nearly messed up there Cheesy
Aiming for that yellow hat this weekend, if everybody could have an awful week that’d be great Wink

Three people missed it in the end. Only six people backed the away win so not a bad loss overall.

I just submitted my picks as well, I initially had Newcastle to win 0 - 1, but I'm changing my mind and I've going with the bookies with 2 - 1 Crystal Palace to win, despite Newcastle having Wlison and Jonjo Shelvy ...

I changed my mind a few times too, saw buwaytress predictions on Newcastle in another thread, and I thought it was a really good bet. And then I went for a more conservative draw after reading all the stuff from other analysts, and then finally switched like you to 2-1 which also was what the bookies seemed to think were the most likely outcome.

Guess I should do less research and go with my first instinct!

Sometimes you change them and they come in and sometimes your original choice does, but I tend to stick to my guns unless there's line-up changes.

You are not changing this match prediction you are changing your 1.5 points into zero I also done this same mistake and now feeling very bad as Newcastle won by 0 - 2.

Yeah! That's quite unfortunate for me, I had such a huge felling with Newcastle, I literally should have followed my gut!

It was fairly an even game, but Newcastle had the better chance in my opinion, so it definitely wasn't an undeserved win for the Magpies!

Dude, you’ve been around long enough to know how it works. We have 4 year bear to bull cycles which peak to the bull side 12-18 months post block reward halving.

Look into Stock-To-Flow & some of PlanB’s works (Twitter). We should reach over $100,000 per coin by the end of 2021.

We’re at the very beginning of a bull market, institutional money is flowing in, fiat currencies are like a massive iceberg that are melting. Covid has destroyed economies, debt is at an ATH. People need to put their money somewhere else, the smart money is in bitcoin & precious metals. We are nowhere near average joe’s FOMO’ing in yet.

Watch this space.

I've been around long enough to know nothing is guaranteed. $100k by next year is a bit of a stretch and as much as all the institutional money is coming in we can still see collapses the moment people get spooked. Doesn't take much if anything at all to spook people either.
