Liverpool really dominating against Leicester. Pressing looks great, they practically didn't create anything.

That Evans own goal came at the right time (what a stupid reaction btw) and Jota's goal is a small masterpiece.

Looks like easy 3 points, hope they won't prove me wrong in the 2nd half.
This round is really worst for me as I have only 2 points from 7 games and dropped 12 positions but now have some good chance with this match I predicted 2 - 1 for Liverpool if this happen then surely this will give some good support and I can jump on some better position and have 3 exact points just 1 goal from Leciester and thats all 20 Minutes left and Liverpool win is surely going to happen.

7 points so far from 7 games concluded this week doesn't seem extremly terrible, looking at the City, Arsenal and most importantly the Aston Villa upset, the kind of week I would have expected @buwaytress to thrive in, but its Hhampuz that's stealing the show  Cheesy

I've got the Reds for a 3 - 1 win, but now I'm doubt if we would get 4 goals in this game.

^I'm watching games with my son these days (he's United, urgh) and it's funny now we're not even celebrating goals anymore, even when there doesn't seem to be protests or pauses to check, simply because there's just been now too many VAR goal checks that neither side was expecting. A farce a week is normal now in the EPL.

Anyway, good week for me, I actually wasn't expecting to be collecting this many points after the Newcastle bad pick, but the Spurs and West Ham 3 pointers really pulled me back into the fight.

I have Leeds at 2-0 (I am kind of regretting it now heh) but the only one that matters right now is Liverpool. Got 2 big parlays all in alive after massive performances from Everton (heh) Sociedad, Roma and others, but hinging on what hopefully will be a 64th straight undefeated game at Anfield. Come on you Reds!

Did you guys see that?  It's getting ridiculous.  VAR should just be removed from the sport competely.  The players celebrated the goal, the fans celebrated the goal then the ref decides to remove the goal?  It's destroying the game.  IMHO.

Wait til the fans come back...

What goal and what fans?

The City game.  Laporte made a goal but the pass before it was declared hand ball.  The players celebrated the goal on the pitch, the fans for sure celebrated it at home as I did, then VAR says it's not a goal.. a couple of minutes later, mind you.

If everything comes back to normal with stadiums full and this shit keeps on happening, expect a riot esp in really important matches.

Edit:  They're trying to do it again rn..  Looking if somebody is a millimeter offside.  Lawl.  So ridiculous.  I think VAR should only be used for cards in the box, to decide if it's a penalty.  IMHO.

There's that many disallowed goals it's hard to keep up. Spurs had one as well in that game. The handball was another one of those close ones. By the new - silly - rules it might have not even been a handball either as to me it looked like it hit the sleeve of his shirt which would have made it ok. It is annoying when they go back to look for something in the build up to disallow it. How far are they allowed to go back? It should be called out immediately not play on, wait to see if they score, then rule out the goal. It's stupid. I mean, how long does it have to be before the time has elapsed to cancel something? I'm always reminded of the Portugal game where a penalty was give, then taken back and a penalty given at the opposite end which was the incorrect decision anyway. Insanity.

^  We could say the same with Everton's defense.  They're making Fulham look like LFC.  Lol.  This match should be 3 - 3 and it wouldn't be surprising if it comes to that and Fulham sneaks in another goal and win it imo.

Edit:  They're giving Fulham so much space.

Edit:  Pressing a little bit better now.  But still giving away the ball.

Shame they didn't get the equaliser as I had a draw on that game.

Full time, Fulham 2-3 Everton, it was a really entertaining game. Everton dominated in the first half but Fulham really should have got a point, they were good in the second half. Three more games to go today  Cool

2nd half totally different game. As you said Everton is giving so much space to Fulham and they look much better now. Fulham is solid when attacking and terrible when defending. Surely in game like this, attack is the best defense.

There's 5 minutes additional time, and Fulham are still pushing for a goal but I think Everton would see this through.

Edit: Yes, they did held on... and they are back to winning ways!

And the sun is on their faces going to the final third.  Could be a factor...

Just watching Fulham - Everton and wondering if Fulham defense is full of idiots or their manager makes them to try and play the ball from the back instead of kicking it up the pitch. I am all for taking time and gradually building your attack but they have lost so many balls in their own third of the pitch. Almost like they made the bet Everton scores 5+ and doing their best cash out in first half.

Don't mind it at all since I have money ridding on Everton as well but this looks ridiculous.

I'll probably go for the draw. Might put my both teams to score in both halves with 2 corners each half and 2 cards each bet on.

Skybet have another good offer on. Put any bet on the Spurs/City game and get a free £5 bet to use on anything:

nice multi bet  Grin
I'll go for draw or Leicester, maybe combined in a double or just a simple single

the Skybet promo is very generous, tnx

That's an awesome offer! Too bad we can't access those types. Sportsbet itself has quite a few good weekend offers though, I'd be taking the Messi to score in both halves at 10x. He's a penalty taker and anyway can score on his own easily. I know that's La Liga but oh well:)

Arsenal 3-1 or 4-1 is 11x, that's my pick of big win bets;)

Who thought Mou gets the better of Pep?

Right fellas. Ready for this weekend? Watching a little of this first match now, got some money on Chelski BUT put a 1-0 Newcastle prediction on Superbru, so that own goal and less than 30% possession in first half means I'm probably getting 0 points from this one. Blues should put a couple more in, but actually just gonna pop out for shopping and return to watch evening games. Enjoy!

re those promos from Skybet, I occasionally watch a Sky Sports stream and those bet offers really remind me of happy times in the UK in 2016, taking on all these boosted promos now. Even if you bet small amounts like that, they tend to really add up with boosts and freebets. As is the case now with Sportsbet offers.

I’ve gone for Liverpool to win, would you expect anything else?  Grin

Exactly. And how often can we get games to double our money so easily, right? Wink

^  For some reason I think Leicester and Spurs beat or draw LFC and City with these fixtures being right after the interational break and them having to play at the CL midweek.  Dunno..

I’m not buying into this Leicester hype, they’ve had 8 penalties this season, I think we’ll beat them. We have lots of injuries but the expected team will be something like this -

Alisson, Milner, Matip, Fabinho, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Keita, Shaqiri, Jota, Firmino, Mane

Salah misses the game due to covid, Thiago & Henderson will be back in a week or so. Trent AA will be back in 2 weeks. We will miss VVD & Gomez no doubt but the above team is more than good enough to beat pretty much everything in the PL.

with all the news regarding Covid, I would say that draw is the best option for Liverpool and Leicester match, although goals can be expected, it is not that if someone is missing from Liverpool that they will play with some youngsters, they have good and deep team subs, to cover situations like this
would not call the same for Leicester, and if Kasper is out (did not saw confirmation for this), that could have much more influence on their game, than Salah on LFC

from the others, Tottenham seems to be a team to watch, even for the title, Murinho knows how to play long seasons with 1:0 wins, and they are pretty tough contender for the title, especially if others lose some points in this early stage, as City already did
that is a match of the week for me, and I think that City is far from win tomorrow

There doesn't seem to be any update on whether Kasper's playing or not yet but he's said it looked worse than it was. Coaches/the FA can be worried about players playign with potential head injuries though and he might be forced to sit it out even though he's ok. If he's not playing I will probably go for the Liverpool win but will depend on the line-ups. I'm liking the draw on this though along with the City/Spurs fixture. I think Spurs can easily win their match too even though City are the bookies strong favourite, but it's one of those where I can't split so the draw is looking the best option. I could see a lot of goals in both games so 2-2 could be an option. I'll be watching them both either way along with the Leeds/Arsenal game.

Kasper Schmeichel’s heavy blow to the head "looked a lot worse than it was", the Leicester City goalkeeper has said.

Schmeichel was substituted at half-time in Denmark’s 2-1 victory over Iceland on Sunday after taking a whack to the face from the thigh of winger Albert Gudmundsson.
