Currently on top with 13, good round for me. If Jesus was not so selfish, I'd have 14,5 and be even closer to consolation prize.

I think I'm already on the leaderboard with 16 points, what happens if I'm on leaderboard twice at the end of the season?
What do the rules say? Can a person win more of them or not?

easy mate, you are not alone on the top in this round and it has not yet ended Grin

You got one. I am aiming for United win. After the series of spoon performance, I am feeling little lucky this time. Actually I won festive lottery and stood 4th in state jackpot last week. Cheesy Hope that some positive vibes will flow towards pool too. Prediction: 3-2 and Man U taking this one in Old Trafford.
You and your luck this time will go to the vain LOL
Man! Liverpool will win. Period! 🤪
I mean really seriously - Utd really needs to play some extra ordinary football if they want to take away any single points from Liverpool. It's just too hard for them at the moment.
I will go with 0 -2 win for Liverpool.

webtricks always play United to win  Cheesy
I'm glad that it ended a draw just because of many desires Liverpool to humiliate United at OT, Ole to be fired blah... I would even prefer that United won even if I picked exactly 1:1 score.  Cheesy
Liverpool's winning streak is broken by worst Manchester United in history  Cheesy

Yeah I never liked VAR time wasting and even if there was a foul that started the united attack leading to goal, the ref didn't stop play, he had a direct line of sight, neither did linesman flag so whatever. These things happen.

We played better in the 2nd half but we were really lucky with 2 games playing shitty, this time we had to pay for it. Good luck with the point, Utd.

I will blame this international break. We really needed Salah. Come on Liverpool!
Nah man, blame the team. Klopp spent half the game arguing with the 4th ref (instead of focusing on the game) while his players were playing as if this was a pre-season game. It was such a comfortable game for Man Utd that their first sub was in the 84' minute :/

I always admired Klopp as tactical genius but at times he gets on my nerves. No doubt if he's LaLiga manager, ref had surely showed him yellow card. PL refs are too lenient.

I don't see why VAR would have reversed the decision. It is clearly written in rules that VAR shall only be consulted for red card offense, offside goal, penalties or in-box goal dispute. Why should it be involved in foul committed more than half a ground away from goal? If anyone to be blamed, it has to be referee but to be honest Origi made much more from that contact than it actually was.

Shocking performance from Liverpool, but they still manage to get the draw. Regardless, that was BY FAR their worst performance in the league.

About the pool, got the 3pts thanks to this draw which helps me climb to the top 4 users who got the most points this weekend. Anyone expecting an upset tomorrow?
We had good rhythm before this international break. If you see the performance today and in the other matches of this season then it's easy to see the difference.
I was expecting a close match but I always had this feeling the we will win at the end but it just did not happen today. About the pool and tomorrows match. I think I care less this week. 😏

60 minutes gone and we are still 1 - 0 down!
Seems like for the first time we are going to lose points. I will blame this international break. We really needed Salah. Come on Liverpool!

Betting on the draw at 3.72 (tho I got 0 - 1 at the pool).  Man U gonna PTB...  And when was the last time Liverpool won at Old Trafford?

It was 2014., and the result was 0:3
Today, Liverpool can do the same or even better Smiley
They are strong as hell and Mutd has some problems, so i hope that Liverpool will take the advantage

Manchester United - Liverpool FC
1x2 Liverpool FC @1.81

One of the greatest game of English Football is that one today. Liverpool is much better than the host this season and are currently the leaders with a maximum of 8/8, all victorious. Man.United is in the bottom of the table with only two wins and even 15 points less than their rival. Last season, the duel of these opponents at the Old Trafford ended with a score of 0-0.
Today, it will be different
I am sure that Liverpoool will get the 9th victory in a row.

Good luck!

I think only your best score counts, if I recall that happening to someone last season. But I'm sure we'll cross that bridge when we get there, and make sure it's an outcome that suits everyone.

Good round for you! I would have done a lot better too if not for goals allowed and all that but that's the fun of predicting. I'm not TOO far away from the top, I will probably do a few more rounds against the grain.

@Harko and Palmo I went for Watford, and also bet on it. They're not a shit team tbh and Spurs are shit now!

Mixed results for me so far. A last gasp goal from Aston Villa gave me a perfect score on superbru but I lost a 11/1 Barca/Watford parlay today thanks to Delle Ali of all people -- one of the lowest form players for Spurs and he pulls a trick out of the bag. Watford, almost had their first win, and they'll be so dashed it all slipped away with 7 minutes to play.

Too many draws, so I also lost a lot of points, damn teams. Chelsea a goal short, Leicester let in a goal but overall few surprises today.

Now only my 2nd bet waiting to win. Go Zaha! Just a bit miffed it's "only"

@hilarious, if I were a neutral I'd definitely put something on United... but at 5/1 on best odds, I think Watford at 7/1 was a far better pick! Hope history and OT don't win though.

The 3 pm fixtures have been horrible so far! Angry

As it stands I'm going to end up with only 2.5 points, Come on Chelsea and Leicester!

Tottenham are so pathetic, I doubt they can beat even an 8 man team  Embarrassed, Anyone went with Watford in the pool ?
Feeling very frustrated today as most of picks going down and 5 out of 6 bets also going down look like after break we are going to have some shocking results
edit:  we have two members with Watford  Sojourner Brainboss and all other 28 with zero points.

I had a good start with 1.5 point form the first match. I was really thinking the match will end by 1 - 1, don't know whey but when Everton scored their 2nd it was all good for me. 4 more matches in half an hour and I going to watch Tottenham vs Watford. Let's watch bitcoin team to move however I think Spurs will win eventually.

@toke: Soljskaer couldn't pull out a Mou playbook page even if he wanted to. No Pogba means no anchor and they will fail miserably, unless their back four find a way not to panic against the Terrible Trio.

Every season, the OT factor makes sense to me, except this one. The Reds will still be recovering from international exertions, but they and Klopp will be motivated to run Utd to the ground. And as soon as he sees tired legs, we'll put on even more fire and brimstone (Origi, Oxlade).

But hey, today, I got Crystal Palace to win. ONLY 12/1. Have the bookies lost faith in Pep?

Do they really need Pogba to PTB?  The anchor could be Maguire...  Which Mou so badly wanted and Woodward got at the next year at a higher fee.  Lol.

Anyway...  I'm not watching any matches today, no bets, no nothing.

Don't forget that the league is back on Saturday. 13 people haven't put their scores in but I know a few like to leave them late. Anyone with balls going for a United win vs Liverpool? Still unsure of whether to go for some sort of draw or the straight Liverpool win. I suppose it will come down to the line-ups on the day, especially if De Gea and Pogba are out. I've got a feeling United are going to bounce back at some point and surprise everyone but maybe not this weekend. I hope that Liverpool don't go into the game expecting an easy with because that could backfire.

It could pay off. I expect most people to back the Liverpool win and a fair few going for draws but it's these sorts of games where you go against the grain where you can grab some points from everyone. If United had their full team out I'd probably go for the draw but depending on the line ups I'll likely back the Liverpool win.

But hey, today, I got Crystal Palace to win. ONLY 12/1. Have the bookies lost faith in Pep?

It's worth a shot. I don't think Palace will win but City are obviously a bit shaky right now and Palace will be fired up I reckon. I might put a couple of quid on it depending how well my other bets do today.

But hey, today, I got Crystal Palace to win. ONLY 12/1. Have the bookies lost faith in Pep?

Oh My  Grin
I guess Crystal Palace are no pushovers, 3 wins, a draw from 5 games...

I'm having Man City to win at halftime, seems like a good value for me @ 1.63

One of them being a win at Old Trafford as well.

I think I'll go for the draw on the Everton game but I really hope they win as that will take them out of the relegation zone and one point above Man United  Grin. I think United will lose but they'll likely stay out of the relegation zone as a lot of teams below them will also probably lose or maybe scrape a point at best.
