It was the Bitcointalk forum that inspired us to create Bitcointalksearch.org - Bitcointalk is an excellent site that should be the default page for anybody dealing in cryptocurrency, since it is a virtual gold-mine of data. However, our experience and user feedback led us create our site; Bitcointalk's search is slow, and difficult to get the results you need, because you need to log in first to find anything useful - furthermore, there are rate limiters for their search functionality.
The aim of our project is to create a faster website that yields more results and faster without having to create an account and eliminate the need to log in - your personal data, therefore, will never be in jeopardy since we are not asking for any of your data and you don't need to provide them to use our site with all of its capabilities.
We created this website with the sole purpose of users being able to search quickly and efficiently in the field of cryptocurrency so they will have access to the latest and most accurate information and thereby assisting the crypto-community at large.

The spreadsheet has been updated with results, it is not official yet. Please recheck your duels and let us know in case of some mistakes.
Considering that I rated DOTA and don't know the short names for the teams, it is possible that I rated some of it incorrectly. I triple-checked though The freebet winners are: Division 1 Harkorede - 40$ - from Round 1 vs darxiaomi buwaytress - 40$ - from Round 2 vs Igebotz jayce - 40$ - from Round 3 Division 2 slaman29 - 30$ - from Round 2 vs leea-1334 and notblox1 slaman29 and mv1986 will have a H2H duel in Round 4 for 30$ freebet Division 3A bullrun2020bro - 10$ - from Round 1 vs Coin_trader bullrun2020bro and Saint-loup will have a H2H duel in Round 4 for 10$ freebet Division 3B vivekdhyani1, Omikfuse and Chi20 will have a H2H duel in Round 4 for 10$ freebet _______________________________________ I hate eSports too guys - but it's considered as sports and is highly popular. It will be in BSFL for sure in the future as well and you and I both will have to learn a bit about it (or be lucky with our answers ) June 25, 2023, 04:03:22 PM
Wow GG won right? If yes, I got 3/3 correct on Dota question then. Starting to like this 'sport' Joking aside, e sport games the opposite of actual sports isn't it, players sits on a chair playing a video game all day, what kinda sport is it honestly
June 25, 2023, 03:46:23 PM
BetBoom is already in the final and they will play the winner from PSG and GG. That screenshot you posted looks confusing I agree, this one is much better to explain it. This DOTA questions are stupid, and you have advantage because you watch that, sorry Trofo I think you won this time thanks to DOTA and this could be one of my worst rounds so far. After seeing this image, I definitely hate DOTA questions. I haven't seen this kind of schedule in any other sport where we have two brackets (ie. tennis). It doesn't make sense. And this definitely will make this week between me and mitchr4 a draw because I f*cked up my answer to the last question. At least I won't lose two weeks in a row Dota is not a sport, except if you count time wasting as sport, but I am voting for them to stop including this not sport questions Hey fellas, sorry for the absence during the last few days. Trofo had it covered No problem at all I was busy in last few days and I didnt follow any results or this topic. Round 4 questions are already here so I guess I should better go and prepare while I have some free time available. June 25, 2023, 03:17:03 PM

Ayo, may I ask how will the last question be graded for Bonta? His answer was simply "Glamin Gladiators" I guess as outright winner. Will we get a point for final if the GG actually get there, or not because he didn't explicitily predicted them as finalists and you are allowed to predict a winner that you didn't pick as finalist? As it is now I get a guaranteed win if anything other than a jamaican win by exactly 1 goal but I can get a draw if jamaica wins by exactly 1 goal and depending how the last question will be graded for Bonta. It was graded both as the semifinalist and the winner – it's only logical that we take this answer as the winning team, and if it's the winning team it has to reach the semifinals too. Considering the submission was not entirely correct, we could have introduced a penalty for both Bonta and DireWolfM14 – they inserted only 1 team but did get at least part of it correctly so we decided not to in this round since we also penalized only completely wrong answers in previous rounds. The same is for famososMuertos who has Alcaraz as Halle winner and he played in Queen’s tournament. Be more careful guys, for now we are introducing penalties only if you are totally off the mark in your answers – but these cases are borderline and will probably be penalized from next season onwards. _________________________________ The questions for Round 4 are here! The deadline is standard, Tuesday June 27th, 17:00 GMT. Not much happening but we didn't feel like skipping the round, there's still some excitement to be had with U-21 Euros, Copa, tennis and Formula 1. We will rate this week's results as soon as the DOTA match finishes, it's currently 2-2 in a best out of 5 matchup. Code: Slissy June 25, 2023, 03:11:02 PM
It is my first experience in the BSFL and it has started like a nightmare. With Round 3 results it is going to be 1 draw and 2 losses already.
The questions were quite difficult for me in general in this round honestly. I hoped to get a draw at worst but my opponent did really good. It seems like I will need to be more patient to get my first win in the league. I haven't watched a DOTA tournament even for once in my life. I still managed to answer the question correctly just by making an assessment taking the statistics of the teams into account. At least this made me happy for this round but I hope next round questions are more advantageous for me. June 25, 2023, 01:24:13 PM
-snip Personally I like Champs League style, I love that City can fall at any time despite being the best team in the world. Or Real. Or whomever. I can imagine the horror of upper/lower bracket format in Champions League if teams decide they can risk experimenting or even hurting the opponent in the first game (they might feel, it's okay to lose, they can beat the winner of the lower bracket easily), to ensure they have an easier final. agree, I think that bracket style is more for competition where there are several teams that are equal, not few top favorites looking at tennis for example, with brackets one will not be able to kick-out Djokovic from any tournament, losing one can happen, but two almost impossible City would be same example in CL, but on Euroleague in Basketball this bracket style would maybe be improvement June 25, 2023, 12:50:38 PM
Damn, you are not only right. It could very likely be the outcome because PSG is a favorite in the lower bracket final. Fingers crossed that it won't happen I guess its not happening. GG is the type of team that will give their best especially when the reward prize is quite huge so yeah Im pretty confident on that one that they'' get to the final ( but it wont matter for me because my #10 question isnt being counted ) Your total penalty is coming in two ways: - 1 point deducted from total points in the league. I will deduct it in Round 3 but that is actually not that important since it doesn't show anyway in data we present to you except in total points column in league tables and penalty table. This part is same every round. - 0 points in questions that started for round 3 by the time you posted. This week situation has been very negative for you since we had a lot of questions that were in play and you have 0 points on all off them. Can't check at the moment but I believe there were 4 or 5 of them. -snip Just to sum this all off, my -1 penalty on the 3rd round wont have any effect on my 4th round isnt it? Well Im quite relieve that Im ending this round with only small amount of score differences otherwise I would have hard time to get all that back June 25, 2023, 12:10:28 PM
From what I can see I currently lead 2-1 thanks to poor DireWolfM14 choices. I definitely didn't expect it to be so close considering I missed on basically half the questions. Lol, no I wasn't kidding. I've been doing horribly in these competitions. I have about a 50/50 chance when answering most of the questions about soccer, specifically EPL, but most of the other stuff is rooted around sports with which I'm unfamiliar. But, why don't you just keep rubbing it in, huh? June 25, 2023, 10:40:46 AM
Your total penalty is coming in two ways: All clear now, thanks for explanation. - 1 point deducted from total points in the league. They are already colored red in table for you so if you are still able to claim win then you were sort of lucky that you had opponent in very poor form in the week you started late. From what I can see I currently lead 2-1 thanks to poor DireWolfM14 choices. I definitely didn't expect it to be so close considering I missed on basically half the questions. @cryptfrka @Trofo (or anyone else for that matter) Your total penalty is coming in two ways:Regarding that -1 penatly for being late, you gonna remove 1 point from my total amount of points from first 2 rounds, or you are referring to points from this round? - 1 point deducted from total points in the league. Both tennis questions, DOTA and some football from Tuesday. They are already colored red in table for you so if you are still able to claim win then you were sort of lucky that you had opponent in very poor form in the week you started late. This part varies from round to round and is influenced by the time when you post and time when games are played. Usually people start with 0 on 2 or 3 questions if they are late for couple of minutes. June 25, 2023, 09:57:40 AM
@cryptfrka @Trofo (or anyone else for that matter)
Regarding that -1 penatly for being late, you gonna remove 1 point from my total amount of points from first 2 rounds, or you are referring to points from this round? @DireWolfM14 Its gonna be very close, despite me being late and many answers not counting. I guess you weren't joking when you said that you are not counting any unhatched chickens. June 25, 2023, 09:23:39 AM
I'm very happy for making a quite lucky start to this season. If I'm not wrong I made it to 3 wins in 3 matches because of being more successful than vd309 on the DOTA question. The next round is going to be a very challenging one against LTU_btc who I got a draw against last season. I hope I can maintain my winning streak by winning it. I'm feeling myself like low-budget teams which start the league well.

Kanapka has been integrated to Div 3A in place of wszocki. This was done in same way Bonta was included in Div 3B earlier.
Here is full schedule with all games updated to reflect these changes. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62398650 This change also affects bullrun2020bro and entebah. You guys lost your 3:0 wins against wszocki from round 1 & 2 and will play those games in rounds 12 & 13 against Kanapka. Lost is wrong word here since you actually lost nothing, is just like those games never happened. If we did not enlist Kanapka, every member of your league would have gotten those 3:0 wins sooner or later as well. June 25, 2023, 08:44:52 AM
Great discussions on the bracket style of games versus European football style of knockout tournaments and I've done a lot of reading and discussions on both too, so I can agree with the arguments for both, but the idea is to get a mix of both.
Brackets and playoffs styles reduce the randomness and encourage stability. Hence in North American sports the strongest teams with the best talents consistently win the majority of non-league tournaments. But this reduces watchability for those outside the majority. Instead of being fair, I call this system objective. Fairness means putting every team on the same level, capping expenditure to revenue rather than an arbitrary sum, and giving everyone same facilities, etc. Objective just means giving the best talents and performance the best chances for recognition. Single KO killer bow styles increases randomness, and therefore, overall watchability. I feel like leagues like Championship in England (and BSFL haha) mixes this very well with direct promotion, plus playoff. It has a very very long season, not too many playoffs. So 80% of the teams have something to play for all the way to the near end. So yes, if we know the winner of the league early, we still want to watch it because they are playoffs. Then playoffs themselves are a spectacle at the end of season. Personally I like Champs League style, I love that City can fall at any time despite being the best team in the world. Or Real. Or whomever. I can imagine the horror of upper/lower bracket format in Champions League if teams decide they can risk experimenting or even hurting the opponent in the first game (they might feel, it's okay to lose, they can beat the winner of the lower bracket easily), to ensure they have an easier final. Relax dude, I still have a chance to get 2 points in this DOTA question. This can happen if PSG wins at lower bracket. And then in the final win over BetBoom. Damn, you are not only right. It could very likely be the outcome because PSG is a favorite in the lower bracket final. Fingers crossed that it won't happen Actually this kinda Bracket is makes so much more sense than classic one. If favorite teams ends up with same tree they can't play final together in classic one (like Real Madrid, City) But this way teams like Inter (No disrespectfull they played ok tbh but still they were no close to be any favorite team) would not get the final that easy. This way 'luck' factor minimize a little bit imo. Not that weird I see their point When you put it like that, it makes sense. But it's uncommon in sport so it's weird seeing it. Jump to:
