It was an unlucky week for me and congrats @mv1986. I thought we would watch a match with many goals between Brighton and Manchester City and picked over 3.5 goals. The first half ended with 2 goals actually and I thought I was going to predict it correctly. But there was no goal in the second half unfortunately. Sad

After that I was feeling confident about Manchester United to win without conceding a goal from Chelsea. Things were actually going just in that way until Joao Felix scored in the 89th minute. It was really unlucky as a result and this matchup could have been more competitive.

He was my favorite also, maybe because I knew him better as being on top of our Division 2 just below champion slackovic, this shows how strong our division was.

I can't wait for the Cro2 guys to start the new season. It starts tomorrow, right? Do we know how long will it last? If I'm not mistaken, there was some discussion on will it last 6 months or less.

Hockey WC really surprised us all, eh? Latvia in the semis, the odds on that were astronomical.

Everything currently points to a USA-Canada final, which will be great for the neutrals. I hope USA wins it this year, I like the team they put together this time.

As for the World championship, I'd expect that USA and Canada will meet in the final. But after the results in the quarters, you can never be sure. Germany's goalie was a true hero of yesterday's game by stopping all but one shot.

Today I found an interesting fact about the USA national ice hockey team. Did you know that their last World championship title was 90 years ago? It's hard to believe as the USA is often considered as one of the favorites, but I guess the problem is that the NHL organization doesn't want to pause the competition during the IIHF World championship.
