First of all, you can't protect your privacy by choosing a centralized services such as casino/gambling sites and centralized exchanges, because both of them require you to go through verification, and before you register on the sites you have to attained some levels of verification which will be at tiers one level, so if stake give you such a a huge bonus and asked for more verification, it then means that you have truly wagered a lot on the casino and for sure your account is due for level 2 verification and if you don't do that, it then means that you have to forfeit access to either the account or some basic features.

Such as:

1: limits in withdrawal.

2: limits in deposits amount

3: limits to some VIP game's and so.

But truth is that you should read through what term's and conditions that stake state on the email you received and let see what exactly your penalty is before we speculates.

If you are in doubt, discuss it with their support team or your VIP manager if you are a VIP there. If you received something via e-mail, make sure it's a genuine offer and not a scam attempt. The possibility of being asked for KYC was always there. Those are the terms you agreed with. Stake has become more serious about it in recent months. The way I see it, you can either comply and do Level 2 KYC or find another online casino and play there until they ask you for the same.

Yes, as stated in the email. You can't access it anymore, Stake right now already asking user for "KYC" even for new member they ask those in the front (before can play).

There are only two things I can think of, it's either true that the stakes have such rules or maybe they aren't, possibly hackers or what. It makes me think a bit because you said 4 yrs. You are already using it, which means that you put in a large amount of money in the stakes, and that you took out a large amount of money, which could be what you won before.

But you have never experienced anything like what you are talking about now. I'm not sure if you've been hacked, but to be sure, first chat with stakes support and confirm if it's true that they have something similar to what you're saying, maybe later after you submit kyc and so on More information is that after that you will suddenly lose access to your data privacy op.

You are given $250 to get verified? You must really be a valuable member on Stake. Stake is now a KYC gambling site. As they grow bigger already, they have to follow what regulators want.

If you register on Stake now, you will get verified before you will be able to deposit, even not to talk of withdraw. Those that still enjoy the benefit of not getting verified are probably some old users. But all of them will still later have no option than to get verified on the site.

Unfortunately yes, you will lose the access of your account if you don't complete the level 2 KYC verification at Stake within this year. Stake has made the KYC verification mandatory for all the users. I also give priority to my privacy, but I have completed my level 2 KYC verification at Stake as I like to play there on a regular basis. There are a lot of users like us who didn't want to complete the KYC verification at Stake, but many of us have done it as we don't want to lose our Stake account.
