Hi guys, I am currently faced with the issue above, it says "stake has updated their terms of conditions", but goes on to say that "they were unable to retrieve the terms and conditions", and because of this, the accept button is greyed out and not clickable, and this have locked me out of the casino as well as my funds too, that is, I can't do anything on the casino as every part of it is greyed out.

Am the only person having this issue?

I've tried different browsers, kiwi, Chrome, and the issue is the same for both, any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: issue now fixed.

You don't have to make a lot of threads. Yes, post all of those details and just go with the thread you've made on the Scam Accusations and post all of those stuff that will prove your accusation. It's because many accusations have been not just on this casino but also on others but the posters or accusers didn't post anything but mere words. Owner and most of their staff are accommodating so if they really have seen something that's needed to fix on your concern, they'll come to you.
True, many people are throwing words of accusation without any detailed evidence.
If you only make accusations without being based on clear evidence and details, then it is possible that these accusations are only made to bring down the reputation of some of the accused casinos.
We can see for ourselves that Stake.com is a gambling site with such a high reputation and trust that we can judge whether the allegations put forward are the truth or just empty words.
We ourselves also know that the team is very accommodating so it is impossible if a problem occurs just to be left alone without a good resolution.

I honestly don't really believe what he's been accusing of.
He's now given something to read and it's detailed so I've got to read just a few of it and then nothing really is impressing anyone on it.

People will probably look at those threads as spam more than an appeal for actual help. If enough substantial evidence has been posted on that thread, the community itself will put a red tag on the casino you're referring to and even give a heads up on other people to stay away from that casino until your issue is fixed. Scam accusation is there for a reason, and if you still make threads outside of that board that particularly attacks the casino while not adding anything relevant to your current case, your thread will really be ignored at all.

Also, casinos such as Stake will take these accusations seriously. Imagine raking in millions in revenue and letting your name be tarnished by a simple issue? I doubt they'll do that. Maybe have some more patience, I guess? Or post substantial evidence that will urge Stake to take action on your request. Your post means nothing without any evidence that somehow puts Stake in the bad spot.
True, they won't let it pass when there are problems that they can resolve and if it's attended to them properly. But with all such accusations and what not, these are just like really spams that want to gather attention from everyone. I have looked back to the thread he has made and still got no proofs provided but all activities he said he's doing but do you believe that?

I think that is mainly because stake does have an employee that checks here all the time. Symphonized has been here since the start and that person will end up checking what accusations are thrown against them and search about it in the company and talk and ask what's wrong and then when figured out what was the problem they will end up coming back here and either tell that the gambler is right and it will be refunded or whatever and apologize if there is any issues from them, or if not and the gambler is wrong at least provide proof what is done and what happened and what are the reasons for this issue and that way they will get clean again. Most casinos do not have that kind of staff, so they do not even come close to that.

Seem like my prediction amount are correct for both of use, I believe next month you're still gonna to get the same amount for my case my amount will be lowered due the un-active + lower waggering.

Mine in next month could be around 30$+.

I received the same bonus amount like you. I got $55 from the monthly bonus with $8k wagering activity in this time. Unfortunately I lost my bonus within a few bets. Anyway, why you stopped at $330 only Cheesy. You were making thousands of dollars from the free money (monthly and pre-monthly bonus) in the past.

Indeed what you said.

They really good for a small balance, I have experience playing on Red Tiger with around 20-30$ can spin more than 1000+ spin comparing to other most the time around 200-300 spin.

With base bet 0.1$-0.2$.

Base bets like $0.10-$0.20, those are my favourite. There are slots with like $2 minimum bet, and I never play them. Just 5 fruitless spins and you are minus $10? Not my cup of tea.

~ It was a nice experience. Great provider Red Tiger is. Thanks for your post, @ethereumhunter! +1
Thank you Grin

But you are superior to me because I see you often get a big winning. Although your ID is @Betwrong, that does not mean you are making a wrong bet.

I will give it a try with the other provider soon. Geez, it slowly makes me anxious hahaha.
~

I am not. Smiley Not in this universe, anyway, because here everyone is equally lucky. If égalité has been achieved anywhere, it's in the realm of online slots. That's what I'm pretty sure of. Smiley

Imagine depositing money into Stake and knowing that the country where you are gambling from are not legal and then playing for years and then expecting the casino to refund you for your losses, when they eventually spotted you.  Roll Eyes

Stake.com have a verification system in place on every profile, but people simply ignore it and continue playing. Stake.com even created a US sweepstake gaming site, because many states does not allow foreign online gambling sites.

Eddie (co-owner) of Stake.com has repeatedly said on live streaming services that Stake.com is illegal in Australia and the site is run from another country. So why are people still depositing money there.... if it is illegal in their country?

I see Eddie and his team are working on a separate site for the Australians that are legal in Australia, but there are no official launch date for that.  Roll Eyes

It is that fantastic day of the month today, the monthly bonus and I am really happy to have received the biggest one so far at 0.18 Litecoin.I am very happy as I am a mere bronze VIP level and I have not wagered more than 1600 dollars in total for the month and this is enough money to play on Champions League,Europa League and the weekend games, all on Stake, having a bet from them.Really love these bonuses which are above all a moral boost more than anything else and I don't know any other casino matching up to these levels.

Mate i don't really give a damn what you have to say because you have been negative since the get go. Also see you're negaitve about everything having seen your last posts. I have just lodged a complaint against easy go gaming and stake with the victorian government. Once again, when i am successful i can't wait to see what you have to say then? You're so invested in this its kind of sad dude.

Within 30 minutes after "deciding" you have  make these complaints. Congratulations.

I just don't like your actions. I have seen several people like you pulling this. And you are spamming this forum with 4 threads about the same story. You call others scammer even though you are the one doing something shady. And you know it. Get help for your real problem, not this made up one.

Anyway, welcome to my ignore list.

Okay guys i have decided i am going to take legal action against Eddie and stake. My messages to try resolve the issue get ignored by them. So ill keep everyone updated with the legal proceedings and make sure it gets some media coverage. I hope it will set a precedent for others to come out and sue stake for accepting bets illegally without verification. It's too much money for me just to sit here like an idiot and not take action. I'm very confident having got legal advice I will be successful. This will turn out to be a much larger problem for stake in the long run.

Keep dreaming, nothing will happen.
Otherwise everybody could come around and claim back losses.

You got a gambling problem, that's it. And now that you lost it all this is your desperate move trying to get it back.

Even though you deny it, you knew exactly what you are doing. Not being allowed to play from Australia is not a secret.

This is not a freeroll/handout business. Normally I am not defending casinos but in this case I have to.

Looks like after all that noise and multiple of tweets on their media the monthly was released 25 minutes ago.
After viewing their chat areas everybody was getting very upset at how long it was taking them to release it.
Having your customers beg for these bonuses are something their marketing team needs to shut down because their own users are saying they will be closing their accounts after all this ruckas it has caused.

Please stop double posting. It's enough to post it in your scam accusation thread.

And as I commented there, I don't see them scamming you. You are trying to scam (freeroll) them.

This is not gonna work and you should work on you problem instead of pulling this.

Can't believe I was curious about this case and even read all of the story. Waste of time.

Need someone high in management to contact me directly. I have been scammed and stake have profited hundreds of thousands of dollars from me illegally and knowingly. Complaints and legal ignore me. I have thought about talking to the media and stakes sponsored companies about whats occured if I can't get it resolved amicably with them and they respond. Someone please help who is high up in stake management. I'd rather not post evidence for privacy reasons but will if it has to come to that to get it resolved. Would prefer someone contact me directly from stake management who can prove they are reputable

No evidence -> nobody cares.

Also, nobody from management will contact you just because you made a post in a forum.

Tell us the full story and you might get help. But with this vague nonsense nobody will even take this serious and what you write is just considered spam.

It sounds harsh, but it's the reality. If you sue somebody you can't go to the police and tell the them "this person did it" , but not showing and full story and evidence. Don't expect any help until you share everything.

I am also not sure he will get attention here without evidence but he also has privacy that must be respected the best way is to give advice who should be contacted
If he needs help in this forum then @micro may be one of the right people but he is not always active in the forum, there's nothing wrong to try right.
just believe that if it does not violate the rules then everything can be resolved because stake.com has a reputation.
Once again this guy have created a new thread in the Gambling board. Stake.com not paying out my money. He hasn't mentioned anything clear and request everywhere to contact eddie. I believe he's new to gambling, could've lost big fund. Now to request for a refund he might be searching for Eddie as it haven't worked with the support team.
