Well, to be honest, I got like 3 bday bonuses, as I said before. One birthday email, one message and bonus from my host and now recently the stake birthday bonus from my host again. I mean once you get to a certain level it’s just fair to get a bit more since obviously almost nobody over such a long time has an account which is in profit. I am at a loss as well of course and even some bonuses wouldn’t change that unfortunately.
Guess next week we should see the monthly bonus again, it’s tiiiiiime!

To AHOYBRAUSE and Other Platform Defenders:

Your own words expose the conflict of interest:

[...]
Please note that it is intended as a summary of the accusations against gambling platforms that have ANN and representative on this forum. As it is intended to be a summary, it will be very much appreciated if discussion, debate, or any other things related to a case pointed out on this thread to be carried out on their respective thread to keep this one clean and tidy. [...]

besides, I've already put his latest complaint on the list,

[talkimg is currently, at the time this post is made, busy, so this will serve as a placeholder for the snipped part on my list where his threads is on the list]

Now, for me helping the user... unfortunately that's something that I can't do. He's one of three [I think it's actually only two, so just him and someone else] user that I have to put on ignore.

[this is a placeholder for "ignore image"]

Reason? I helped his case once, and next time I heard from him [for other case, though still with Stake], I apparently twisted his words.

So yeah, to be sure that I will not accidentally perceived [in any way] as twisting his words, I am removing myself from all of his present and future cases, with a belief that other overseer will be more capable than me to cater his needs.

We can rest assured that I am still fulfilling my obligation of keeping the status of his cases on my list updated, though, as I frequently click the show/hide his posts to see if there anything that worth changing the status of the cases.

So they "promoted illegal gambling activities", aha. Interesting. Strange though that stake got banned in India YESTERDAY

https://postimg.cc/GBrw1Jwf

Let's address your misleading claims with documented evidence:

Comprehensive Evidence of Systematic Issues at Stake.com

1. Timeline of Documented Issues

2. Responsible Parties
  • Leadership:
    - Ed Craven (Co-founder & CEO)
    - Bijan Tehrani (Co-founder)
    - Platform administrators enabling illegal operations
  • Promoters:
    - YouTube streamers promoting illegal deposits
    - Kick.com streamers targeting Indian users
    - Affiliate marketers (including documented cases of @CheekaGaming and "bleed blue")
  • Support Structure:
    - Moderators deleting evidence
    - Support team deflecting responsibility
    - Compliance team ignoring regulatory requirements

3. Systematic Cover-up Attempts
  • Forum thread deletions
  • Support ticket deflections
  • Withdrawal restrictions on vocal users
  • Bonus manipulation to silence complaints
  • Deliberate misinformation about payment legality

To Platform Defenders (@AHOYBRAUSE and others):

Your attempts to dismiss this evidence while wearing Stake signatures and farming post counts for platform benefits represents a clear conflict of interest. The evidence shows:

Regarding Your Conflict of Interest:
  • You wear Stake's signature
  • You benefit from post count farming
    • You consistently defend their practices despite evidence
    • You attempt to discredit valid user concerns

    Legal Status Was Always Clear:
    • UPI gambling transactions: Always illegal
    • RBI restrictions: Pre-existed recent ban
      • Bank account freezes: Happening since 2023
      • Support deflection: Documented in September

      https://talkimg.com/images/2024/11/09/bIOh1.png

      Your Credibility:
As someone wearing Stake's signature and benefiting from their platform, your attempts to dismiss documented evidence while farming post counts raises serious questions about your motives in this discussion.

      To Other Users:
      - Don't trust users with clear conflicts of interest
      - Review the evidence timeline
      - Consider why certain members consistently defend illegal practices
      - Look at documentation over defensive claims

The evidence speaks for itself. This isn't about yesterday's ban - it's about months of documented illegal operations and user harm.

Before the ban it was legal to play at stake, otherwise stake wouldn't have promoted it, they are not stupid and don't want trouble with the law.

    - Platform content is now restricted due to legal compliance
    - Official notice confirms compliance with legal restriction requests
  • Affiliate Marketing Concerns
    - Prominent affiliates like Krishmasri Srikanth (bleed blue) and Cheeka (video evidence) have been promoting illegal deposit methods
    - Documentation shows millions in earnings through promoting restricted payment methods
    - Users misled about security and legality of UPI deposits
    - Continued promotion despite known legal risks to users
  • Prior Concerning Practices
    - Platform allowed UPI deposits despite regulatory restrictions
    - Support deflected responsibility for user issues
    - Users directed to law enforcement when facing account freezes
  • User Impact
    - Multiple documented cases of frozen bank accounts
    - Users facing potential legal consequences
    - Financial hardships due to account restrictions
    - Forum posts about these issues frequently removed

Platform Response Pattern

  • Documentation
    - Keep records of all platform interactions

Under his affiliate ID "https://stake.com/?c=bleedblue" & "https://stake.com/?c=Cheeka" he has promoted IPL betting with Stake, raking in millions while promoting illegal gambling activities to Indian users. This behavior makes him a poor role model for the sport and the country. He should be held accountable for encouraging players to deposit via illegal methods and for profiting off the vulnerabilities of his fans.

🚫 Documented Facts:
  • Operated dual affiliate IDs: "bleedblue" and "cheeka"
  • Actively promoted illegal UPI deposits to Indian users
  • Generated millions in commissions while users faced account freezes
  • Continued promotional activities despite known legal risks

💸 Documented User Damages:
  • Multiple bank accounts frozen by authorities
  • Users facing legal consequences
  • Significant financial losses without recourse
  • Banking blacklists affecting users' financial futures

❓ Outstanding Questions for @CheekaGaming:
  • 1. Why continue promoting after learning about frozen accounts?
  • 2. Total earnings from both affiliate IDs?
  • 3. Plans to compensate affected viewers?
  • 4. Explanation for concealing legal risks?

🔍 Evidence Collection:
  • Promotional videos encouraging UPI deposits: Direct Evidence
  • User testimonials documenting losses
  • Official Stake.com Indian ban notice
  • Multiple documented support tickets

Well, to be honest, I got like 3 bday bonuses, as I said before. One birthday email, one message and bonus from my host and now recently the stake birthday bonus from my host again. I mean once you get to a certain level it’s just fair to get a bit more since obviously almost nobody over such a long time has an account which is in profit. I am at a loss as well of course and even some bonuses wouldn’t change that unfortunately.
Guess next week we should see the monthly bonus again, it’s tiiiiiime!

I can confirm this because I received the same thing this year: b'day bonus by email and from VIP host (for real b'day) and 1 stake's bday bonus from VIP host (exactly the same as Stake's bday because I created my account on August 8th).
For those who have VIP host already, it is recommended to ask your host when the time is come just in case the host forget about it Smiley
Yes monthly bonus is getting closed but I would not expect too much because I'm so inactive, perhaps I'll get less than $100 or even less than $50 this month but it will still be a nice amount to start a new session.

Did you get 2 times birthday bonus? I don't know you can get those both, I tough only at least one either your registration account or the real birthday of your KYC. The problem of these bonus, is not getting automatically send to user with 'Email' like other bonus.

I'm in September (to bad not get my birtdays account).

I guess because you get a birthday bonus 2 times a year 'account and own birthday' maybe this affects your bonus, IMO.
Besides, I think you are still lucky while we only get it once a year, we have to catch up to Platinum IV to get the same bonus and don't know how long we achieved it
By the way, US Presidential Election has ended check if you get something from the promotion, I got my bet on Donald Trump with odds @1.53 not bad even though a small amount.

Yeah, that might be the case. I didn’t make any bet on the election though, I would never bet on something like this, haha. First of all I have no clue about it and second there is too much outside influence on the outcome, so I don’t see the value. Did stale already grade these bets? Normally the official result doesn’t come before January right? That was also one reason to no play this since I didn’t want funds to be stuck for months.

For bonus frequency, it's interesting about the double birthday bonuses! You might be right that some accounts get that perk based on activity level or tier. And hey, Platinum IV is a grind but worth it if you're getting those extra perks.

The Weekly Stake Stream is here once again 😎

Head on over to @StakeEddie's KICK channel from 12:30pm GMT to join in on the fun! 🥳

"What's the fun in the stream? Watching ‘Simp Mickey’ fumble around for validation, or Steve make jokes at the expense of loyal customers who actually pay Stake’s bills? Or maybe it’s Eddie conveniently looking the other way while his platform is accused of rigging games and shady practices?

If 'fun' means ignoring serious customer complaints, manipulating payouts, and promoting irresponsible gambling while pretending it's all just harmless entertainment, then sure, I can see why they'd call it a blast. But for those of us who actually put our hard-earned money on the line, we’re starting to see the ‘fun’ in a very different light.

If Stake wants to call itself fair, maybe they should focus less on the theatrics and more on accountability."

I don’t care about being ignored by a BitcoinTalk member, but what I do care about is exposing unethical practices. My claims are clear: Stake is operating illegally in India. They’re facilitating payments without proper compliance, bypassing GST, and engaging in potential AML (Anti-Money Laundering) violations through Gibraltar, ultimately funneling funds to Australia where their CEO resides.

How do you know that they funnel money through Gibraltar?

On their scam website they state that the payment agent company is Medium Rare Limited in Cyprus.

Stake uses multiple third-party vendors to handle their payments, and one of these, Priyank Enterprises, was recently arrested in India, allegedly for moving thousands of crores without paying taxes. This is just one example, but Stake is believed to have many such vendors who operate similarly. They circumvent the usual tax channels and funnel money from India to Australia via Gibraltar, taking advantage of offshore structures.

This is exactly why Stake launched several mirror sites and why Stake.com has faced ISP bans in India. The scale of these operations is massive, and the lack of proper GST payments and adherence to regulations is telling. As for Eddie, there’s already an FIR against him in India. If he steps foot here, he risks prison time. Rumors suggest he might even be hiding in Cyprus to avoid these legal consequences.

While Medium Rare Limited in Cyprus might be involved, it could very well be facilitating crypto transactions. Stake's tactics are layered, using both fiat and crypto channels to bypass regulations, with each entity covering different aspects of their financial operations.

Additionally, their Kick streamers have partnered with prominent figures like J. Trump. By offering high odds on Kamala Harris, Stake could be attempting to position themselves favorably in the political landscape. High odds on a candidate can attract more bets and publicity, creating a perception that their opposition are likely to win, which may sway public opinion or influence bettors. This strategy not only increases their betting volume but could also indirectly benefit Trump by framing the electoral competition as more favorable to his campaign.

We need to protect our children from these predators and their manipulative practices, as they seek to exploit vulnerable audiences for financial gain. The days of two RuneScape players running this scheme are definitely numbered!

@holydarkness,

Let me set the record straight—Stake is the one facilitating fiat payments in INR, but they do it through illegal methods. That’s what I stated, and it remains my stance. You’ve consistently defended Stake blindly, ignoring the facts laid bare.

I got my stake bday bonus today and unfortunately it was significantly smaller than last year's, for whatever reason. I leveled up since then and my gameplay should also be the same, no clue why it got smaller.  Cry
It's based on wager activity as well. For example my past monthly bonus was higher this month because I wagered a good amount. There is a minimum amount for each rank and then some extra for wager but capped at $20-25 I think for Platinum-4.

Bro, I know how bonus stuff on stake works, 4 years and platinum 6.  Grin
Pre and post for platinum 4 were capped at 30 or 33$, I don't remember exactly but as plat 5 I had 35$ for sure. Now you can actually get more than the cap for pre/post, I read from people that had 80$ post monthly as a platinum 2, that's a welcome change.
And like I said, my wager and whatever didn't change compared to last year's October, I can see that on the reload amounts I got during that time, as well as raffle tickets. But whatever, I didn't complain, just mentioned that it was less than last year and I actually thought, because I moved from plat 5 to plat 6, that it might be higher, haha. Well, I thought wrong obviously.

And you are right, stake introduced many things that kind of became industry standard. At fiat sites in the past you lose your money and that's it. No weekly/monthly/reload and whatever. Those were dark times.  Tongue

Want to say something about stake because I see a lot of criticism about the casino especially since the competitors have arrived. A few points to remember:

1. It was stake who started these monthly, weekly bonuses because my previous casino never offered anything like that. It's easy for new casinos to copy this concept, but remember, this would have never existed if not for stake.

2. Daily drops are something also introduced by stake and now other casinos are just following suit.

3. Stake offers silent promos such as UFC split decision refund, which if you are a regular UFC bettor, you would know the value!

Remember guys, innovation and new ideas are always costly while copying is cheap and easy. Play at any casino you wish, but let's not discredit stake for what they have done to help the players get bonuses we deserve.

Saw some insane comments on X and even during Eddie's last Kick stream so I just had to say it. It's crazy to think the biggest casino still offers the best promotions because they really don't have to. Most high rollers would play at stake anyways because of the trust factor.
