I don't judge people by when they joined because even some of the oldest members on the forum are idiots and some recently joined members are pure gold. But really when you are accusing a giant casino and sportsbook like stake.com you must offer some proofs or anything that can back your claim.

1.7 BTC is not a small amount and maybe that is the reason why an investigation is going on, although I have friends in stake chat who have withdrawn way higher than that without any problems.

Also since you are new, I suggest you to use the right section of the forum which is Scam Accusations section for posting these kind of reports. But I repeat, please don't even bother creating a thread there unless you have been actually cheated and have enough evidence to back your claims. Every time someone comes with an accusation its stake who comes out true at the end.
Unfortunately there has always been this kind of stuff going around in the crypto world at all times. Stake got too big and that is why there are a lot of people coming down on them. I know that newbies are not really down with bitcointalk as much as they should be, and they are learning the ropes, but the reality is that we literally have a "scam accusation" section in the forum and it is hard to miss, it is really near impossible to not see that.

So, if anyone has any grievance with stake, they could simple provide proof of scam and start a topic with all of those data to show the world that stake has actually scammed them. It is quite simple really, you provide every detail you have, and you show the world that you have been wronged and people will support you and blame stake for it. But I haven't seen even one single person who could provide proof of such a thing in all these years.

Help me out.... Is the "Book of Stake" (Spinomenal) a Slot that was designed specifically for Stake ..or is this just a old Slot with a temporary new skin?

It can be an exclusive collaboration between Stake and Spinomenal as I cant find the game on other casinos.
Similar thing happened when there was a new game from Pragmatic Play namely Pirate Gold Deluxe where Stake had early access to provide the game so players were able to try it earlier on Stake before Pragmatic Play open it to other casinos.

It will be nice if Stake could hire some professional third party provider to develop a Slot with all the "Bell's n Whistles" that other Slots have from providers like Pragmatic / Red Tiger / NetEnd etc.. but with micro betting like the Stake original games. (ScarabSpin / Blue Samurai)

I do believe Stake's developer is professional enough to create similar game like what we can find from 3rd party providers.
Frankly speaking, most games from 3rd party providers works the same but with different Theme/Skin only.
It would be better if Stake can create a completely new/fresh slot game that we cant find anywhere before (not just similar game with different Skin/Theme).

I do not want to offend anybody, but the Stake Original games are very "basic" ... with no animations and big sound and extra features. It will be nice to play third party quality Slots with micro betting. (0.00000010 base bets  ....etc)  Wink

What do you think?

It is the one that makes Stake's original slot is different, I prefer to see a simple/basic design but attractive features than slot with great animations and sounds.
So I hope Stake will keep like what they have at the moment, originality that differs from others is something that may attract more players to come IMO.

Several days have passed but nothing has been heard from Stake.
I think it makes sense to start posting screenshots now.
To make it clear to the rest: I do not accuse them of scam (yet), I'm just trying to get ETA on this issue.
I emailed them but did not receive a response.
These are the screenshots that I managed to take before I was blocked:

I recommend that you create a thread here: Scam Accusations

- you must post any proof that you have

and let's wait and see what the community will do

In the end, they confessed that they had stolen my money and posted some fake positive reviews here. Just a bunch of scammers.

Obviously you won't though, because it's a lie.

What exactly do u mean? That they stole my money and laugh at me...It's a lie? Or the fact that positive reviews on trustpilot are more like fake than real?

They didn't confess to stealing your money.  That's the lie.

after ignoring, false accusations and unwillingness to introduce themselves, KYK is just another trick, it's synonymous for - u can forget about your money

Dude, just complete KYC and stop whining. My friend did kyc and got his money. This bs about introducing themselfes is absolute nonsense.

a strange fact Is that on the website they only ask for username, email... I think they should start asking for people's full names. because the issue of to compare the person's IP and the country of the residence that will be in the documents that the person has delivered, it still causes headaches and the problem continues for a long time. on most websites this type of problem that OP has Is what else has happen

@fagainstscam

all your options to solve this problem are not yet exhausted, make KYC and then we will see if they will return your money to you or not! you can't make the assumption that even with KYC knives they won't give you your money

@slowdeath another case where the user won’t work with the support to solve his case, and instead will use the failed method to blackmail them here, but little do they know that this method doesn’t work these days, unless it can be backed by solid proof.

Furthermore I feel that Stake should highlight a pop up saying in certain cases KYC will be made mandatory, and if the user accepts it and then wagers, then it’s his/her responsibility to submit KYC details when requested by the support.

This was almost 3300$ profit... Cool Smiley
Insane bruh, how many bait bonuses buy are spending for hitting x5000 ~XD

Anyway, come one stake waiting for monthly reward tough its gonna on valentine but seem like my predict was missed. I'm still currious for how much this monthly reward my expectation around 80$.

Damn...You already have a persistent payer bonus and then "only" a 134x.
Persistent payer tile always keep me on my toes when it arrives and money train 2 is actually very addictive indeed. When you have a persistent payer, all you want is the game to continue going by getting even a 2x each time because it reset the 3 chances again. I usually use the "buy feature" and there I mean the persistent payer is really good, never played money-train normally (whenever I play, I use buy-feature) so don't know how much is that worth on regular spins.

In case you haven't tried, I suggest you to play Dog house which is another very good game but again, I play with buy feature so don't know how goo it actually is with regular spins. Talking of buy feature, Gem Bonanza is actually very good if you keep getting the matches and somehow reach all wins 4x stage or so.

I won 1.7 BTC a few days ago. Stake didn’t let me withdraw my winnings because I (citation) "cannot use that account to make withdrawals".
Later they said that «There is a slight delay due to an ongoing investigation» and blocked my account completely.
Stake support didn't give me an ETA and I'm getting nervous about all this. I lost quite a lot of money at this casino, but as soon as I win I got blocked.
How long does this "investigation" take and when am I going to receive my winnings?

I did everything to avoid any difficulties. I am ready to forgive them. I was patient and delicate till the end. I  wrote them -

"Morons, you deceived me and robbed me. I am an honest kind person. I'm giving you the chance to do the right thing. I give you 24 hours to apologize and return my money. You are forcing me to tell the whole world how you are deceiving people. Ok, I will create a YouTube channel and a Facebook page dedicated to your fraudulent schemes. This is for a start!"

And what did these ungrateful ones answer me?

"Hello,

You have been told multiple times what is required from you to be able to withdraw funds from the site. Per our Terms of Service which you accepted upon registration of your account, we have the right to ask customers for KYC documents. Your account will remain frozen until you comply with that request no matter what you are writing online.

Regards,
Stake"

KYC, KYC, blah blah blah, you accepted our TOS, KYC, KYC....there a lot of people who did this KYC and everything stake required of them , and  in the end they didn't unblock anything, they stole money,  collected personal data and continued to ignore.

newbie account with 1 single post claiming that you have been compromised by stake? I believe other people will not believe this claims if you cannot show some good proofs about what you have said here and also if you think you encounter that issue and been compromised by them better go on scam accusation section and post a relevant thread about your issue about them.

If you cannot provide any of that we will think that you are just trolling here.
There has been a constant attack on stake lately, I guess it is a bit about how stake grew way too big very quickly for the recent year and considering people have been gambling more and more lately (combining a lot more people in crypto due to the increase in price and a lot of people bored right now at home because of covid) and that is why the opponents are probably sending people to spread hate towards stake in order to make people stop gambling here, with a mix of people who are newbies and idiots who do not know how casinos work come here and they make sure they say bad stuff about stake even if they just straight up lost money here.

At the end of the day stake was already big, and grew even bigger, which is why we knew that these kinds of things would happen, even the biggest companies in the world have haters (I hate apple for example) so it is not really that shocking.

There are 2 options, 1. you are one of them  2. you are mentally retarded
If you are one of them, I hope you will go to jail for a long time, if you are mentally retarded, my condolences, try all methods to get well and don't give up.
