Betbtc also shared that in their ANN thread, the bettor uses different sites in gambling, maybe to avoid the limit and minimize the risk.

All we demand is integrity, transparency and clarity. All you demand is to illegally and unfairly settle this because you want to be paid early and get your way regardless of rules.
@janggernaut I wouldn’t be surprised if more such bets pop up in the next few days, and I also believe that it’s a lesson for all of us, that we too can win if we choose to put faith in our beliefs.
@Hybridverse first of all I don’t think that Stake has cleared the bets relating to US election, and @Stunna has already asked for 24 hours to announce their intentions regarding the election bets, so why’re you trying to raise an non existent issue?, at least let them reach an conclusion before you raise your voice here.
Hi, I am just answering to those who are denying the facts. Based on what I've seen so far in Stake.com track record and compliance I expect them to result in a fair decision that protects all involved and grants the decision based on the official results same as any professional and LEGAL provider is doing. I am not raising my voice against Stake. I am just stating facts for those who want to get their way unfairly. I hope this is clear, didn't want to give you a wrong impression. But the issue is here because integrity, transparency and regulatory procedures are a must follow and to be honest it shouldn't even be said that Biden bets are going to be settled today or that the sports team wants to settle Biden. Because if they do before the official result and such result differs from what they did. It'll be a big issue and all should know this. This isn't a partisan matter, is much more of granting a fair outcome for everyone involved based on regulations and electoral procedures. This isn't a soccer game. However, I have faith in the integrity of Stake in this sense. It's easy to see what all providers are doing and seeing the ongoing dispute as very contentious. Closed markets aren't settled anywhere across major regulated providers. Only sportsbet.com and they clearly stated to cover if Trump wins. Some markets are open with Trump odds are raising because it's clear that is not over and yet some wants to call it off because they bet biden. That's ridiculous, selfish and guess what, illegal. Sportsbet.com market is still open after early biden payout and they accept bets on both so
I have to agree that what sportsbet io is doing is pretty ridiculous if they still keep the market open.
On other hand as Stunna said we are looking into ways to settle this for our players faster than just waiting for new president to be elected.
But rest assured if we settle this for those who bet on Biden and Trump somehow gets elected as president we would have to payout all the bets made on Trump as well.
This is the reason i am against settling this market prematurely but as we always try to do the best thing for our players we might do this.
Anyhow we apologize for the inconvenience this caused, unfortunately it was out of our hands.
Does this message means that what Sportsbet was doing was incorrect and they took advantage of the situation in order to trick people?
Or maybe it was out of their control and it was just automatically showed up.
I am not sure what is the reason behind it but it seems irresponsible to me to keep taking bets on this market after its almost certain that Biden will be the next president.
We could have continued taking bets on Trump but we decided to close the market as our odds provider closed it.
They are not tricking people i mean there are still people that believe that Trump can turn this around and win and that is totally ok. But at this point in my opinion it's impossible to determine fair odds on both candidates so any sportsbook that keeps it open is probably taking huge margins which are not fair to players.
