. I really don't know what the owners situation is but a 222x return is something awesome, the max I could won so far is 99x and that was once, I really do not play with those type of situations, I usually play 2x and give or take maybe 3x at some sort of times.

I find big wins a bit irritating because I can't win them, I can't do that very well so I get jealous and that is why whenever I see stuff like this I just find it very irritating and that is why I believe sharing these could be awesome for some users but not so much for others, no idea if it is a good marketing thing, to me it is really not, instead of gambling more it makes me stop because I can never get those.

For now, I think the only way to know how many or at least have an idea on the total number of tickets is by earning one yourself and check the number of your ticket in the raffle page.

I currently have one and my ticket number is 67000~ the total is maybe somewhere close 100k already since i've received the ticket a few days ago.

Almost everyone who participated in that campaign faced the same issue. The campaign never lasted for 40 days and hence no one was able to get the full 100$ bonus. But that's history now because the campaign is already ended and those who appealed for it, did not got any favorable response either.

I dont think it will damage Stake, there must be something like miscommunication on this offer. As confirmed and stated by one of Stake's representative on that thread as you can read here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54790706 It is stated that the offer is subject to change at anytime, so probably because the offer does not give the best result for Stake then they decide to stop it earlier. The mistake in this case is that bitedge as the affiliation did not write this term on his website so anyone who participating are expecting to have full 40 days reload and do not know that the offer may stop at anytime. Other mistake is that bitedge is not even replying to those who are complaining.

There is rarely anything that could damage the name stake, they did so many great things and they have been around for so many years (both as stake but even longer as primedice) that I can guarantee you that people have a lot of credit with them, they could make some small mistakes like this and not damage their situation, that is why I believe that they are fine right now and it will not damage them.

If they were a company that was a bit shady and people were not really sure about, they could have damaged it, the thing itself is definitely damaging, but when a company like stake does it, that is fine. Obviously this is not common, if one day it becomes common and gets more and more in stake world, they will eventually get some damage, but for that to happen they have to make a plenty of mistake.

Its not much if you play casually on the site but if someone create an account with the purposes of trolling, begging for money or even try to get some dust amount from the rainbot etc then that would means something . Its definitely not a perfect way to combat trolls but atleast given the idea that you need to wager some money to chat then lose few bucks in the process of wagering , that would discourage some people to make multiple account for trolling purposes or such

You bring it to different topic dude, the starting discussion is about wagering $500 to be able to chat but now you move it to probability of lossing the bets with high odds.
Logically anyone should not make bets on risky combination if the main purpose if to get $500 wagered amount then able to chat.
Someone can even make $500 with small starting balance as elkaka said, it means that it should not be a big problem for anyone to reach the $500 wagered amount.

Now this method would make sure that you spend under 100 bucks yet again, and still reach that 500 bucks.
