I dont think it will damage Stake, there must be something like miscommunication on this offer. As confirmed and stated by one of Stake's representative on that thread as you can read here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54790706 It is stated that the offer is subject to change at anytime, so probably because the offer does not give the best result for Stake then they decide to stop it earlier. The mistake in this case is that bitedge as the affiliation did not write this term on his website so anyone who participating are expecting to have full 40 days reload and do not know that the offer may stop at anytime. Other mistake is that bitedge is not even replying to those who are complaining.

bitedge has locked the thread and there is no answer from them. This will damage the reputation of bitedge more than anyone else. Next time if they decided to gave more offers, people will be reluctant to accept them. The good thing in all this is no one has lot the money and no one has been scammed.

This will not hurt stake because even if they had not given full bonuses, but everyone got some bonus depending upon when they joined the campaign. Also this offer was only for the ones who created new accounts on skate, for the old gamblers, they never knew what happened Wink

I had notified the owner of the site about this and they just simply said ignore that post.
So I am under the influence that the post is not from the original user of the account because they would know the risks of trying to sell their high profile account as it would more likely perma-banned from the site. So it would be an empty account the buyer would not be able to use.
Hence the forum user only registered using this name to scam some unknowing person who would want to actually buy this account.
Which is already a well known one on the site as a diamond vip player/high profile.

Listen, let's be realistic here..... a small time gambler are not going to spend $100s of Dollars to wager $500 ....just to be able to make use of the rain/tips in the chat channel. (If the gambler giving the tips are not gambling it himself, then the person receiving the tips will gamble it away on the site.)

I can see that the spamming in the chat channel could become an issue, but a lot of the popular characters in the chat channel before the $500 increase are gone now. (The channel is a community thing... some people stay longer because they enjoy the company... especially in these times where people are in lockdown)

No max bet button or info on the site, contacting the support to ask for the betting limit on a specific game, they say "up to odds provider".

WTF is this. How hard can it be to let their players know betting limits.
Max bet button disappeared months ago and they say "Regarding max bet button, it is still not working as it should and until devs fix that, it will not be implemented again on our site."

Just deposited 0.1 btc to bet on 1,4 odds, 0.1 bet not accepted, 0.08 bet not accepted, 0.06 bet not accepted, 0.04 bet not accepted.
