There is no solution which is 100% perfect to stop the spammers misusing the gambling chat.
There are certain solutions that can actually restrict spanners to a huge extent, but that would require setting intense restrictions which could possibly drive away legit gamblers thanks to the strict rules which is why casinos think twice before implementing these rules.The easiest one to implement is that temporary ban the user on chat who asking for money or spamming links after X no of times.
I have seen such rules in the trading exchanges platforms and it works perfectly to stop the spams.
It has been implemented since long time ago by Stake, seems that you are not an active player here. Stake has many chat moderators as well as a BotMod to minimize the spam. I believe there many accounts are banned (temporary) since the first day of Stake till this time. We cant deny the fact that spam does exist on almost all gambling site's chat, especially gambling site that has so many users like Stake.
Anyway, he does have a chance to lose, which is risky, you could lose on the first try as well, so it is risky. However by logic you can get 100 accounts give or take on average with the same 500 bucks if you are lucky, and after that if you lose, you lose 500 bucks but you have 100 accounts. Just keep on spamming and keep on begging and keep on trying for rain and so forth basically try your best and you could get something out of it those accounts as well.

I thought 5 wilds in the Scarab Spin slot is just a myth for me as I have never expected to get 5 wilds but luckily I manage to hit it several hours ago. Even surprising I hit it on my first spin after moving from playing the plinko game. Was playing it with 5 lines only and got the 5 wilds on the 5th line
It is a proof that luck may come anytime without any signs before. A nice day for me at Stake and for sure this is my biggest win on the Scarab Spin slot so far. No, I am active at stake and do gamble but not so active on the chat. Also I never got banned on the chat so did not experienced this on the site.

Lets take the Scarab Spin game as an example.
On my calculations chances of getting 5 WILD symbols in scarab spin slots is (1/30) *(1/30) *(1/30) *(1/30) * (2/41) = 0.000000060222824% and the payout for this win chance should be x16605000 (The bet amout 1 / 0.000000060222824% divided by win chance).
However in the payouts table it says 5 wild equals to x10000 payout.

True that, even the sites I play on have beggars every now and then asking for free coins/ credits, only to be muted by mods later on lul.

If you watch an entire livestream done from stake you will know what I mean.

If the minimum amount increase for chat to be eligible for getting rain then those people who wagered only 100$ for those bonuses will be invalid. They have to reach 500$. So, they would not be able to spamming without reaching 500$. As a result spamming will decrease.What this means for community - less spammers, that were there only for the rain. I noticed there was a drop off all the sudden of over 60 users logged in during the stream all at once. That is quite suspicious to anyone who watches the number of users who are logged in during even 10 minutes of the stream.
How would I know? I had a user during today private message me and was using a word nobody uses.
Then near the end of the stream I had another user say the exact same thing to me but with another user name on twitch. So they must of had their account on their banned for being stupid then logged in using another account just to say this to me at the very end.

If you wager $500 in a 1% house edge dice then you are probably going to lose around $5 of your bankroll. It is not much but atleast it is something better compared with setting it to $100. This is not going to simply remove all spammer or abuser for the chatroom rain but atleast this will discourage alot of people that tried to abuse the rain
it will take longer time for people to break even after wagering $500 if they intend to get some pocket money from abusing the rain.
