I think HitBTC is still good to use because I often use the place of exchange to make transactions while for Latoken and Vindax it should be avoided but I am sure HitBTC is still good and still safe.

Stay away from Vindax exchange, they are scammers in disguise, I've withdraw since 48hrs now and I never received my coins and there is this unbelievable act of stealing, check this image below

Have you ever tried with another coin. I think if there are other cheaper coins, you can exchange them, so you don't need to withdraw ethereum from the Vindax exchange.
Ethereum is still a cheap category, if withdraw BTC on condition of two decimal places, then we lose a lot of BTC.
It is unfortunate indeed this kind of thing happens on the Vindax exchange because after the transaction fee is too large and also the delivery is too long, and there are also several other exchanges that are almost the same as Vindax, namely P2B2B.
Before using any exchange whether new or old it's always good to do research on users reviews, this will safe you from using a wrong exchange, I'm not a fan of new exchanges though because they can exit scam anytime
if you already know that the exchange is not a well-known exchange like Binance or Huobi it is better not to use it,

That's very sad. But still you have something to do. In this process you will have some money but still more than nothing. Convert 0.055 this Ethereum to any other coin which coin withdraw fee is very low. Then convert again into Ethereum in another exchange. I hope this process will help you.

As for LATOKEN, they charge an exorbitant fee for withdrawal. The last time I withdrew there, I was shocked when I saw their withdrawal fee. I was shocked and right there, I vowed never to come back there again. I just wish I have nothing to do with it again. HITBTC is also a sister to LATOKEN. I now try as much as possible to run away from the two.
I have personally not had any experience with VINDAX, but one thing about this is that, since many are witnessing this against them, I think one just have to avoid using it.

l don't have any experience about this exchange, but l have heard about that through your topic, thank you for sharing this information with us. There are a lot of exchanges, no doubt most of them are just fraud, scammed. We have to try staying away from them. In mind people will never make such as mistake of falling into their scam.
In this market there are a lots of exchange available. And most of them are nothing but scam. Exchange like binance, kucoin, okex or huobi are legit. And there are exchanges like vindax, probit, cat.ex which are nothing but scam. Even exchange like hitbtc charge high amount. So I will suggest you to not use this kind of exchanges. But if there is no option then you can go with it. But be careful.
That is the same as hitbtc when the exchange site is controlling how many coins that can be withdrawn from the exchange site. That's very sad to see that but hitbtc was doing a little bit better by not pending the transaction that has been made by the users. I never use vindax again right now and i have been learned a lot from the crap exchange site. Vindax is also included on the exchange site which was giving a shit to the users. It's in the same tier as p2pb2b and coinsbit.
but as far as I use hitbtc there are no problems, withdrawing and depositing smoothly maybe they hold some withdrawals because the stock in their exchange is running out and waiting for someone else to deposit, then process the first user withdrawal.
In addition to the Vindex exchange, there are many other allegations of fraud against other exchanges, such as P2PB2B, Coinsbit, Latoken. I try to stay away from all these exchanges all the time. The problem is I work on different projects as bounty hunter. After working, I see that their coins are listed on all these exchanges, then the coins received as prizes are sold a lot of the time and I can't make a profit. In addition, bad exchanges manipulate their trading volume so that their exchanges enter higher rankings in the coinmarketcap. As a result, most investors are deceived by exchange developers.
I am grateful that I have never traded on the Vindax or 2pb2b site because previously there were so many traders who complained about this, hopefully there will be no more markets that commit fraud such as Vindax and 2pb2b.
note, this exchange besides having a very bad reputation about IEO also has problems in making withdrawals. thank you for sharing your experience here
It's not only vindax but there are some like coinsbit, p2pb2b, latoken, sistemkoin and many more. Vindax is also showing the fake volume too. A lot of exchange sites need to be avoided or even blacklisted to make sure we can't be scammed by them.
Well, thanks for informing us about that false exchange I'll avoid that starting from now and I think there are better exchanges like that.
