In my experience, better invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum. They are showing really positive signs for continued growth. I have tried participating in ICOs and most of them absolutely decrease in price as soon as it gets launched.
I think it's better to invest bitcoin because its good value or fluctuate, profitable and can make long-term.

Not sure which ICO is best now to invest in. there are just way too many to pick from which makes it hard for someone to pick for themselves and picking for someone else is just risky business. It is your coin and with your bitcoin, if you do not want to end up wasting it, then you should search for ICOs yourself and do your own research about the coin and make your own decision

The SprintX ICO is looking pretty good right now and there is a lot of prospects and potential for the project and I believe that it will do good. I would advise you to do your own research into the SprintX ICO too before investing but I assure you that you will not be disappointed with what you find regarding the project and it would even convince you the more to invest into it.
Cindicator and stash are two good icons that I can advise. But do not forget that sometimes good projects are not very good.

I never had spent even a penny in initial coins offerings and i would never think about doing that.Not because of the risk or something else, but i really find it incomfortable to invest money in an early phase of a project so i couldn't offer you a suggestion.

There are many ICO now, I have many suggestion but it is much better if you will found best ICO by your own research, it is the best because in the future, no one will be blamed if the ICO suggested by other person will not success. Look for ICO that have legit team, the best technology, low hard cap/soft cap. Keep researching.
I think it's better to invest Bitcoin because its good value or fluctuate, profitable and can make long-term. And you can also invest in ETH because it promises to date rather than follow the unambiguous Ico clarity. It might be better if you make a percentage of investment in ICO.
