Have you seen btcX? I haad read their Ann Thread and it looks an interesting project. Im still not that good on picking good ICO but I have good feeling with btcX also with Retainly. You may read them on the Announcement thread and make your own assessment.

At the moment, I do not know good projects, all the cool ones are coming to an end, or have already ended. I monitor every day, but I can not advise anything yet.
I would say that the best strategy is to invest half of a bitcoin, dividing it in more than 2 of projects, because ICOs are highly risky and speculative.

long time I don't invest into any ICO as we can see many of its dropped a lot value once it hit exchange. instead of ICO I would love to invest once it hit exchange with better deal for me

There are many ICO now, I have many suggestion but it is much better if you will found best ICO by your own research, it is the best because in the future, no one will be blamed if the ICO suggested by other person will not success. Look for ICO that have legit team, the best technology, low hard cap/soft cap. Keep researching.
For me the best ICO to invest is Cryptics. I think it's a really promising project, specialized in AI forecasts, trading engine, bots, funds and all of that. It's among few decent and trustworthy projects for me, gonna be blast in the near future, mark my words
