In my opinion, You can place your hopes on atlant because they are the top one ico on REAL ESTATE today, I think that their coins will still increase in the next few years and their coins has really the potential to grow its value.

I suggest you to take part in MIRA prce-ico which starts in a couple hours. They will sell Mira tokens with a discount up to 40%. I think it's a potential project, because its about secure way of storing and sending cryptocurrencies off-chain. Also they are planning to launch smart contracts, this is good. Check a website https://miralab.io/

This appears to be the big one.

https://tokensale.ins.world/?ref=8621cf423b5dd39984d0b0d5

The price of groceries are too high everywhere (also) due to the middleman. If they can disrupt this and lower the prices even 10, 20 or eventually 30%...this is going to fly huge.
I think with ICO's one has to think to what benefit is the blockchain going to be utilized, how large is that industry, team, and some technicalities...eg. number of tokens and price (market cap).
INS definitely fits into my radar, I am in!

Nowadays, there are lots of ongoing ico and it's the hardest job to find the best ones to get in. Most of them are unnecessary or the copy versions of each other.

As the people said, do your own research on this. This would help you rather than getting opiniın from others.

Go around forum, looking for legendary/hero member's signature. I think they already researched about that project before join signature program. Just my thought.

1. Do your own research (make sure that the team is real, and no, a linked in profile is not enough to confirm it)
2. Avoid projects where token/blockchain is unnecessary money grab
3. Do not over-invest into the hyped projects
4. Look for relatively small ico caps
5. Do not listen to the shills, they are always wrong

November and probably December will be slow months, the only ICO that has jumped out at me currently is Crowdholding.

Good strong team, constantly showing improvement, good whitepaper and nice idea on co-creation and they actually have a working beta (which 99% of ICO's do not have). I would rather invest in something I can see evolving and taking shape than an idea.

I always ask me "the blockchain is needful for this project?" and then "the team is good?". After those question i'll decide if investing or not.

One of the best ICO to date imo would be trade.io. It is a new blockchain trading platform and it is going well so far, raising close to $9million during PRE-ICO.
if you Sign Up here https://account.trade.io/en/signup?ref=chrisgellere&mtype=i you will find more information and be able to participate in purchasing TradeTokens.

Have a look at Mira it's doing something new. It focuseson a safe and anonymous way of storing and sending cryptocurrencies outside of blockchain or offline.
The tokens are ethereum based too and the pre-ICO will start at November 27. Here is an announcement https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-mira-cryptocurrencies-have-never-been-so-easy-2367768

Many related persons recomending their own ICOs, but I recommend to consider these factors before investing and do your own due diligence on the project:

1. Team - is the team capable of doing the product, do they have experience and skill set
2. Market - is there a niche or share of existing market will be made, is the market large.
3. Token model - is there a purpose of the coin, do you think it is useful.
4. ICO structure - how will the funds be used, roadmap available, do they need that much money.

I think the top ICOs are presented in the wbf and blockshow conferencies..
Cindicator and stash are 2 good icos i can advice. But dont forget sometimes good projects are not really good ones for investors. You can divide your money to 2 pieces and use 1st piece for first ico day and second piece after listed. It reduces your risk

1 bitcoin - it's not so much, so you can try and invest in some risky but promising project. By the way, did anyone hear about crediting in bitcoins? I did not come across such projects, but the topic is interesting already because anyone can become a creditor and a borrower. (anywhere in the world), provided that the platform can withstand the safety criterion.
