Indeed, a lot people were claiming that their ICO is good but the choice is yours. I think you had given an idea and write then down into your list and spend time to search which fits for your needs.
If you want to invest in an ICO, be wise because some of them aren't good but scam.

And look at ICX. New coin that just hit Binance not so long ago. Very promising project. It can be in top ten in a few month

If you have bitcoin already don't try to enter ICO's where you can lost it. Unless your gonna make effort to research and study you preferred ICO. Better to used that on gambling than giving them to corrupt.

Guts.io - just hardly reached soft cap and no much funds are invested ever since, 25% for pre-sale(soft cap) investors might be risky for flips but low marketcap might just have more burned tokens and eventually profits, look how hedge token (HGT) perform with just 2 million raised.

Spectre.ai - Okay that's my signature but still i believe exchange related projects that could potentially interact with Ethereum network + real world assets would be hit ATH easily if volume are rolling fast on launch, couldn't go wrong on that, still beware on 33% for pre-pre investors and 25% pre-investor to hit softcap, ending soon in few hours so be fast but speculative.

If your are going to invest your 1 btc fully then my suggestion for you to invest in parts in multiple ICOs Because to invest in particular ICO whole is not a better thing for you .
In the starting when ICOs were better for the investment then at that time it was believed that most of the ICOs are legimate to invest but in the current time investment in the ICOs are much risky Because we can Exactly find out that which ICO is legimate and which one is not .So if you can investigate then find better Better ICOs in your opinion and then invest your 1 btc equally in all of them , hopefully you will be able to make big profit .
