Aren't the price going up now?
This year has a lot of surprises just like the old days where there are too many surprises that bitcoin gave to the community.
Too many corrections that occurred and still it's continuous and will never get old.
Last few days ago, it surprised us again by giving us a big encouraging move from nearly $7,000 up to $8,000.
That's $1,000 increase for just less than 1 hour.

Wow I love surprises. I hope these will continue to increase more and more, that is why I love bitcoin because there are a lot of happenings in which you never expect but then it just happen smoothly.

Actually I am looking and waiting for a positive surprise where bitcoin price move up to 30,000$ before the end of second quarter of this year. If this really happened, then we that invested now would be rich.

You should be surprised to see some good things happen. You have mentioned sad news above and expecting a surprise? Do you want every altcoin value drop to the bottom? Last three days have been much smoothening. We had spike of $1000 in an hour day before yesterday and had around $100 spike yesterday. We can see a stability in altcoin price last three days. This is more encouraging now than seeing a huge spike. Hope this trend continues and the value hits minimum $10000 by July 2018.
Hopefully, mate that will happen that trend will continue flowing until the next day, we all know that this is unpredictable currencies so we could not conclude an exact time when it is decrease or increase. Well, those investors last month who invest more bitcoin they are lucky at this time while bitcoin bouncing back in the market.
But it's too early to celebrate, just continue holding for more profit come.

Its normal for the prices of bitcoins or other cryptocurrency to decrease sometimes because there are different occurence on other countries as well such as FUD and it might help the bitcoins to increase its price or gain popularity depending on the news.
Well its really to be expected, at least for me because the December madness was something irrational and we all know that it something goes that high in any market, the next thing that will happen is a dramatic fall which we have seen happened every month starting Jan this year up to first week of April.
But right now we have seen a significant increase to $8K but it look likes its not that sustainable though because we are in the red zone right now although the dip is just minimal. Haven't heard FUD though but we need to take advantage of the situation by buying more and just hold for the long haul.

The market of crypto-currency is unpredictable, and we can not know what will happen next, and it is interesting to observe and monitor the development of the Crypto-currency. I think 2018 really will bring us many surprises, but the main thing is that they should be positive.
I dislike the fact that all the altcoins are so dependant on the price of bitcoin, this suggests an immature market. Hopefully by the end of 2018 this will change and the altcoins will become independent.
No doubt that 2018 will be very important for development whole cryptocurrency world. Because amount of money invested in cryptocurrencies and as a result, the volatility of the entire market is increasing. Also I think regulation cryptocurrencies by governments will positively effect on ICOs and cryptocurrencies market.
In this year, things will be in very much favor of the crypto coins and that we can really expect a very good future of all the crypto coin as well as those holding and investing their money into any of the crypto coin. Other than this, the market cap as well as the demand rate of most of the crypto coins will be greatly increased then and by that time, the market value of the crypto coins will also be much higher.
yes, 2018 is a surprise year because it makes everyone panic. but believe me this panic will not be long just a matter of months just not in a matter of years, face this reality with a smile because smile is better than panic

Yes, don't panic in most cases in this situation holding is good when the price is not yet profitable. The time has come as you expected. But not completely. We could see a slight recover day before yesterday. Today there was slight hike in middle of the day. These are good signs after a long red days. Though news on adaption spread over, few bad news causes the price to be so low. Hope to see price increase by end of this month. CMC growth trend confirms that 2018 would be for all altcoins. every altcoin value is going to be so high unlike other years. Lets hope and watch for it.
Yup, I too believe the same and also feeling my hopes going up. In fact, I really am very thrilled to see more days uncover to see what lies ahead of us in this seemingly surprising year. Hopefully, this small signs of hope become bigger and bigger as more days of this year uncover in front of us. And if it ever happens that what you are saying about altcoins dominating this year will truly happen, it would be such a great scenario. I bet if this comes true, we will be seeing new crypto millionaires in the news by the end of this year.

Just think positive, there are a lot of people who do not believe on bitcoins when china ban all the ico's, the market price has decreased on a huge amount but still bitcoins managed to reach $19k dollars before 2017 ends.

I think a lot of people got into the market in late 2017 thinking money is easy to earn and they can just buy any crypto and get rich.
This attracted too much attention and now the market is sold down by all these new investors who are getting burnt and getting out of

I recognize this. 2018 shows a year of fluctuations and continuous occurrences. we must constantly accept the effects and barriers from many aspects. Signs of the market are positive but hard to know. The previous volatility has dissipated or the market has overcome the difficult times.we need improvement in the face of this situation.
