This issue has been going on for to long to be laziness on Seals part. Makes you think that they are just buying time before they get hauled down after Micon was taken in. No effort to build, although this was frustrating before the arrest, that it felt like it was being run out of a frat house.
For those with a tech background how hard is this to implement?
Nobody is "going after" whoever is currently running SWC. The NVDOJ was going after Micon because he was being accused of running a poker site while living in NV. That's a big no-no. While technically what SWC is doing is illegal, literally nobody cares about them, as evidenced by the much larger sites that are operating freely doing the same thing. As long as the people running it don't live in the US, of course, or are stupid enough to go on social media every day blabbing about it.
It would be nice if they came back here tho and gave us any sort of feedback at all.
It WOULD be nice if they had more of a social media presence from a player's point of view, but if they are in the US, it's understandable that they keep a low profile. I miss what Micon brought to the table, but given what happened to him, it's understandable if others don't wish to stick their necks out.
I wonder how far things like Seals Club House and twitch streams can go in promoting a site that is reluctant to promote themselves. I'm hopeful that they have a "master plan". Even if they don't, I haven't lost anything by continuing to play and let others know about SwC. I've played many hours of enjoyable poker games and met countless characters on a site unlike any other. From my perspective, just the entertainment value alone is worth it.
