So in essence if you bought a Neptune and hoped to get your bonus one in August you are screwed as it is mining now in their DC.

Searing, your posts need to be longer.

i'm always available to be in your /ignore slot (i'm not shy) and it is a frigging list of addresses by the by

My ignore list is only for trolls, not genuine people like yourself.

It was my poor attempt at humour.

"KnC generates bitcoin at a cost Cole says is “significantly below $400” per unit."

How much were neptunes again? 10,000 USD?  Shocked

The company does its mining in a helicopter hangar in Boden, a Swedish town near the Arctic circle, where it’s in the process of tripling capacity.

So now we know why they aren't shipping Titans. They are building Neptunes for their DC.

Time to move BTC over to X11.

So basically they are openly telling you that not only are they not going to sell you hardware anymore, which as miners YOU are responsible for financing their start, they are going to take all that momentum (cash) and use it to crush you like the insignificant fucking bug that you are and they will barely notice as they wipe you off the bottom of their shoe.

If somebody found those hangers and drove them back to the 12th century who could blame them?

I wouldn't

I have no basis for this, but I'm figuring the yields were so bad that there were not enough decent ones in the first batch of chips to fulfill the first batch of miner orders... So KnC could be waiting on the second batch of chips to assemble and ship the remaining 1st batch miners. And then I guess they wait 30 days and then start shipping the 2nd batch? Who knows. F'ing pricks. They should be offering a refund option to any batch 1 customer who has not yet received their product.

I would only pay Mangus Daar Esq part of the money I would get back, not up front. So, it would be paying him after the money.

DO NOT PRE-ORDER LEGAL SERVICE!!!

Take it easy. Lets see some sort of legal opinion on the chances of such an action. All I heard from Magnus is to pay them $1,500 up in front. What are these fees for and what scenarios are on the table? Are there any further fees to be paid? Nova may well be milking us all.
Just think twice before joining, ask for more information on the tactics etc. Do not be stupid!

i asked him all the questions and the only reply I got from him is he wants $1,500 wired, no answer about how he will proceed, what grounds he will use for law suit, time frame. Where 1,500 will be used etc. I have been stupid once with KnC, am not looking to pay someone without answers.

It sounds mad scammy. I wouldn't trust the "just trust me" business model anywhere and especially not with anything involving Bitcoin. If you want to sue these people you need an EU based lawyer. I don't know what kind of flow you guys have but if you're seriously in the red here it might be worth flying out to Sweden and hiring a lawyer there.

There is lots of money on the table. I imagine that legal fees will be recovered so if there are chances for the group action Nova will get paid by the respondents. THe question is would they accept instructions on "no win no fee' basis or at least reduce their entry fee. Otherwise it is not fair. I cannot imagine making a class action and asking for money from the people without giving the most basic information. It is just unprofessional.

THe good thing is that the case is getting some attention in the media. Perhaps there are other practicies interested in this action. We just have to wait and see.
