Hey,

You call your Embassy for help to deal with this, every thing will take care inside Sweden domestic.

I'd be surprised if that helped unless a group of us from the same country got together and asked for help as a group. And even then I'd be shocked if the (US) embassy did anything more than recommend a local lawyer.

anyway not looking like the KNC of old support wise ...looks very much the BFL of last year

Maybe they'll do an Alpha-T and offer us shares in the company instead of a miner

KNC is unable to deliver a fully functional and reliable Titan machine to its customers. They are unable to provide even the most general estimates of a shipping date to its customers. They seem unable to fix the known firmware and DC/DC problems. They are unwilling to honor the implied warrantee of merchantability and fitness of purpose by providing refunds. They are unable to give clear replies to customers who inquire regarding RMA response times. Customers who purchased a batch 1 Titan are suffering financial loss due to its substandard performance, inability to mine on pools/coins of the customer's preference at advertised speeds, and the requirement for constant baby sitting to reboot the machine, repair filesystem damage on the SD card and install firmware upgrades. KNC have not shipped the promised Y cable adapters needed to ensure safe operation of the miner with standard ATX power supplies.

In short, yes its that bad and getting worse by the day. Every once in a while KNC rolls out some customer on their forum who has found a litecoin block or two at some 'KNC approved' pool to try to pretend that everything is OK but even these Titan owners are starting to have problems.

At the moment, Titan customers seeking refunds or compensation have a David and Goliath problem on their hands when it comes to obtaining justice. Expect to hear news about successful legal action against KNC as the rage grows and Titan customers get more organized.

What is the latest delivered order? It seems, the process is very slow. WTF KNC?!?

If they reboot every 3 min and can't do any fast block coins...or multi-pool ..i think their stable pools are straight up lite coin

well does it really really matter?

They really are that bad? Perhaps, they are trying to fix that, and that's why the delivery process is so slow.

check out the knc forums it is a bloodbath..they are not even in contact with luke jr. on his bfgminer....essentially imho it is not just firmware
it is the fact that the titan can't multi-pool nor use any coins that 'fast block" ie newer coins.....too much lag which makes me think that part is
at the bfgminer end..but knc refuses to ask author

essentially imho they "SEEM* to be (knc) just getting it out the door asap and get that 90 day warranty out there...if this drags on long enough
past the 90 day warranty with no refunds they likely can walk from support on the Titan..

but quality wise on the builds ...and all the rest you can read there (and past thread info on this thread) they are cutting their losses imho
and running to the arctic cloud asap......

its either that or they have no PR program anymore or customer service info to us....the silence is 'deafening' except for the fact that they state
all problems with firmware are "pool' problems...but they seem not to be watching this thread anymore for feedback info and the knc forums the help
from tech seems to consist of wait for firmware patch

anyway not looking like the KNC of old support wise ...looks very much the BFL of last year

KNC you should accept and refund everybody before it's too late ... !

do you think they listen in here or care, get a lawyer and tool up.

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/kncminer-issuing-titan-refunds/

don't worry they listen ... maybe they not care but it'll be somebody else who will

The article that you linked to is over a month old. How many refunds were issued since then? None?

Blast from the past: Sam Cole on Lets Talk Bitcoin Oct 2013

KNC had good visibility into the manufacturing and production processes. KNC believed it was important to help their customers earn a ROI.

WTF happened to KNC ?

A [single-attorney?] law firm which specialises in DUIs, traffic tickets and immigration/employment issues is going to successfully bring a product-related class-action suit against a non-US corporation?
Good luck. Hope you haven't given them any money.
