I think you misunderstand sarcasm. $2/gh is an awful rate no matter how you look at it. Bitmain is at $1.65/gh shipped. Bitfury is around $1.7/gh. And hashratio beating them all at $1/gh.

I really have my doubts on the truth of this update and they are probably already implementing their neptunes to the DC.

i'm sure the cloud mining will occur on time, albeit reluctantly.
If I could pay 12btc for a miner and mine 24btc by this miner, then I will be much happier then receive refund, I got 24btc mint and a miner, so why are you refund?

I placed an order on Dec. 5th for a Neptune, and paid BTC11.7595 for it. On May 7th, I asked for a BTC refund VIA email, and got a quick reply from KNC stating that they would begin the refund process. I exchanged a few more emails with them between the 7th and the 12th, and on the 13th I was refunded BTC29.2039.
Overall, I could not be happier with my experience. The whole thing was painless, and I made a lot more BTC than I would have by mining with the hardware. I see it as a very high interest loan to KNC.

Yup, same. did 4 CA units last week in November. 3->BTC and 1->USD->BTC. More than doubled my BTC and didn't have to rewire my house for 4 crazy neptunes. Bad enough getting these jupiters back from hosting and having to deal with them.
KNC handled the refunds pretty well considering.

If I could pay 12btc for a miner and mine 24btc by this miner, then I will be much happier then receive refund, I got 24btc mint and a miner, so why are you refund?
obviously a miner would be a better choice but that is not the reality. Just buy coins and hold. good luck.
I refunded all 4 of my Neptunes. the last USD refund executed yesterday.
