On the phone, they tell me that they can't look where in the payment queue I am. However, in the KnC-forum, "Kurt" writes:
"BTC refunds will not be sent instantly, there are procedures that we must follow before we issue refunds, there are also many other customers before you in the queue. The delay will be a matter of days, compared to weeks like the delays with bank transfer."
So how does he know where in the queue I am when he can't check the queue?
Also funny: In the past, KnC mined with Eligius with the address 1A73ExsM2doRwTLp82rv5U36QHbBFmHD1X. Today, it seems they are mining 140'000 US$ a day.
Bitcoins for about 9 million US$ were transferred during the last days to another wallet which seems to be from KnC, too. From this wallet, lots of payments were made, some of them in amounts which look "familiar", i.e. it seems that they are paying their "customers" - at least with parts of these Bitcoins.
If this is so, then their problem could be that they are not producing Bitcoins as fast as they have to get them back to former clients, i.e. they not only seem to have a cash-problem, but also a Bitcoin-problem.
But as you see: I'm a newbie, and maybe, I am totally wrong.
So there are just my 2 Satoshi...
