Since I live in Stockholm and not too far from knc miners office which is like 15km from here I recommend first to contact the biggest newspaper in Sweden http://www.aftonbladet.se/ they are easy to get just tell them you have been scammed by knc miner and they will publish your story on the main page and knc miner will get a heart attack this is the best you can do right now other than filing a lawsuit against them. If you guys need any help or pics of there office I can try and get them. I really want to help the community here as majority of you have money stuck there hell some have even ordered 90 miners at once and are still waiting. I feel bad for you guys.

I would think that any group of people showing up physically at KnC's offices would have someone in the group taking phone video of the encounter and posting it on various forums across the Internet, no matter if it goes good or ill.
KnC's reputation is at stake, even though they demonstrate they don't care about their customers or their reputations for quite a while now. Thankfully someone has researched the consumer protection laws of Sweden, posted links and instructions for them. Tip of the hat to you!
Perhaps the Swedish government going after the scam artists that KnC has become will finally get resolution for people. After all, the Swedish government has far, far more money than KnC.

They are promising B1 and B2 Neptune owners will get 6TH machines, I would hope they would be a little more powerful based on the ROI at the current and possible future difficulty rate come June. But we'll have to wait and see, I suspect they will be forced to release them hashing higher for there to be any ROI on them come June.

With regards to goods purchased:

demand that the fault is repaired
demand an equivalent product without fault,
receive a price reduction,
receive compensation to have the good repaired,
cancel the purchase and get your money back,
claim for damages.
But you cannot claim all the alternatives at the same time. It is really only the claim for damages which can be combined with one of the other alternatives. You have the right to make a complaint about a product up to three years after the purchase.

Those who bought a non-refundable seat on the KNC TITANic must be feeling pretty good right about now
I got delivered my 3TH super shit and as most of the boards were damaged KnC shipped me the same crap again! I played around the first day with my technician and got 1.8 TH working. I left it on for testing 24 hours. More boards stopped working and I have hot 300 Gigahash working now.

I build rigs by myself, because the delivered cases are garbage. Received the same email from KNC.
I will suggest them to give us 3 TH cloud untill the problems with the heavily used second-hand stuff are solved.
They advised me to run the diagnostic program. It says everything is ok, but look at the screenshot. Its not.
