If the players have the same mentality and if they are wiling to let go off the huge amount of money they are making with franchise cricket then they will stick with the national team and even Shakib Al Hasan had an issue with the Bangladesh board because he choose to play the IPL than touring with the team and we might hear the same issues with other players as well unless their board take a stern decision which is highly unlikely.

.You can't force the players. After all, it is their livelihood. For the players, their peak form usually last for 3-4 years. And they need to earn as much as they can during this period. The cricket boards need to take that into consideration. The contract salaries are very low for teams such as Bangladesh. On top of that, the board had recently handed out a one-year ban to Shakib, which many of us thought was excessive. Let some of the younger players be given a chance in the national team. Why they are so dependent on one player? Let's not forget the fact that Bangladesh is a test nation and are therefore supposed to have a good talent pool.
, it is a sad situation for them as they never won the trophy despite having some of the best T20 players in their team and they started well in this tournament but who knows whether that form will continue till the final stages of the tournament.
