I haven’t seen Samson play better in any of his other matches since the remarkable innings in the first game. He is quite an experienced and experienced batsman. He has to bat more patiently. The RR team is now at number 7 in the points table. RR's top order batsmen need to be more responsible for the team's overall good performance.
The problem with Sanju Samson is that he is not consistent with his performance and that is hurting RR as well mean while RCB is one of the best teams this season as everything is clicking for them and the IPL is unearthing young talent, i saw the innings played by Devdutt Padikkal another young talent and he is just 20 years old and they way he was playing his shots is amazing and they are adding talents to the Indian cricket pool and the rest of the countries should catch up with that.

In Search of Incredible
An extraordinary batting performance from both of the openers of team RCB. They deserve this win. Every bowler of Rajasthan was expensive in this game. None of them manage to take a single wicket. At some point I felt that RR players have lost their confidence and it was visible on their fielders activity. RCB is at the top of point table now, they have won all of their four matches till now.

Again RR top order failed and another failure from Samson, what he need to do to be consistent because there is no doubt in his skills bt he always failed to provide consistent perfromances.

RCB won the match by 10 wickets and 20 balls to spare, and lot of records were broken today by RCB players. Padikkal got his first century and don't forget this is only his second season of playing IPL who outplayed even Virat today by scoring over him.

Absence of Archer and Stokes really hurting the RR bowling unit and they were completely helpless throughout the session.

RR scored 177 runs. I think this is a good enough target. If their bowlers do their duty properly, RR will win the match easily. While almost all the batsmen of RR failed, Dube and Tewati played a great inning. Royal Challengers' batting lineup is enough good. Till now It is still difficult to predict who will win the match. But I’m putting the RR team ahead.
When T20 specialist batsmen like Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, and AB de Villiers are in the squad, I don't think they will lose by batting for 178 runs unless there is a batting disaster. Already RCB's collection of 59 runs in 6 overs without losing any wicket. Padikkal score 41 runs on 22 balls. Hopefully, RCB will win the match.

RCB bowled really well in the last three overs picked up wickets and stopped them from scoring big and i thought they would score close to 185 runs when Shivam Dube and Rahul Tewatia were on the crease but the last three overs were bowled brilliant by RCB and with the form RCB is in right now i do not think 177 will be a problem for them as Glenn Maxwell is finally in form in the IPL and they have AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli who is a dream batting line up for any team.

RR is struggling as they already lost 4 wickets and they need to put up a good total on board to be competitive against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
RR scored 128 runs in 15 overs. Although they lost 5 wickets. Dube is unbeaten on 42 runs. He’s playing awesome. So far though it looks like RCB might win the match. But if RR collects more than 160, the goal will not be easy for RCB's batsmen.
145 at the end of 17 overs and now Tewatia is in charge since Dube got out, so from now on 175+ is certainly possible.

I just get the stats Rajasthan Royals batsman Shreyas has a terrific record against Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB definitely will be favorite pick to win today's match. Until now Bangalore the only unbeaten team in 2021 IPL season. Can RR stop RCB winning streak? I believe very rare chance.
Royal Challengers Bangalore started well and they are playing like champions till now and we might see more dominating performance from them. RR is struggling and now with a captain who is struggling to be consistent and Ben Stokes injured and will not participate this season it is going to be tough for them and they cannot stop Royal Challengers Bangalore this season if they play like this.

So guys, what are the predictions for Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Rajasthan Royals? One of them is in exceptional form, and currently is placed at no.2 in the points table. While the other is also placed at no.2, but from the bottom. Everything has clicked for the RCB, but for RR the individual performances hasn't translated in to points. I have gone with RCB for today's match, as RR seems to be unable to make up for the absence of Archer and Stokes.

People, I don't quite understand on what basis the points are counted. Can someone explain the details of Blackjack Cricket? Or at least give a link to a statistical site dedicated to cricket. Thank you!

that was a relatively simple catch. Rana dropped it, and it cost KKR 6 runs. If that catch was not dropped, then the target would have been 14 from the last over (13 for a tie). Also, the team coordination was very poor among the KKR batsmen. Both Varun Chakravarthy and Prasidh Krishna knew that they need to give strike to Cummins. But they were very slow and complacent while running. KKR should blame themselves for the loss.
Yes, that final ball six in CSK innings might have been breaking the morale support in some sense. There were plenty of chances for KKR to win the match if they would have played Deepak Chahar carefully without losing five wickets inside the power play. Moreover Russel's wicket was game changer as he was expecting a wide but ball clipped the leg side bail.

Mumbai pitch is really a heaven for batters. I just need a T20 matches with high scoring from both the teams whereas in another IPL venue Chennai is doing exact opposite; always low scoring match and 1st batting side is somehow able to defend that small score as well.

Pat Cummins made almost impossible things happen, took KKR so close to victory. It was a good game of cricket, reaching 200 after 31/5 is some kind of super effort. At some point it seems that Cummins make the day for KKR, unfortunately he missed it. I was literary expecting for KKR win. For sure, great watch.

If the target was 10 runs lower, then Cummins would have actually won the game for the KKR. Also he received zero support from the no.10 and no.11 batsmen. When someone is striking the ball so hard and the required run rate is 15-20 runs per over, the least that the tail enders can do is to support the striker by running hard. Both Varun Chakravarthy and Prasidh Krishna failed in this aspect. Their running was very poor and it put additional pressure on Pat Cummins.
Don't blame the tailenders when the top 5 batsmen can't able to do anything as well, And the run out of Varun Chakravarthy was actually a sacrifice by him because there is no second run on that ball because the ball went straight to the fielder and just to get the Pat on the striking end he throw away his wicket.

And first ball of the last over, there is no second run needed as well because he got the ability and striking the balls over fence then why he took the risk of running between wickets?

He also got the part in that mistake but he took the innings too deep which is the great thing about in it.

Last ball dropped by Nitish Rana, which went for six turned out to be little expensive in the end. Things could have gone differently if last over target was even 14-15 runs. KKR's lower order is filled with genuine tailenders, you can imagine when Kamlesh Nagarkoti comes at 9 and then followed by others but yeah running between the wicket is the area they should work on.

Good start by Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis. Throughout the match, KKR ballers were struggling when these two guys were on the pitch. To add to KKR's problem was pathetic fielding, Nitish Raina catch drop is one such example. 220 was always a big score to chase for KKR but at one stage, when Cummins was batting I had a notion that KKR might win but they could not. Good effort by him.
