Last i read it was not about many players but one regular player "Deepak Chahar" and majority of positive cases include support staff and family of one CSK board member/management and this article stating more or less similar facts.

For IPL players I doubt money is an issue but their are other ways to trap players, which I am sure most of us know. In the past IPL had a lot of controversies and those were dealt with harsh punishment as these players were caught.

What happens when you do not get caught and local authorities help you too?

I am agreed with that. I don't think any renowned player or talented players will be involved in match fixing. Because they earn a hug amount of money from their sponsor. It is most important from them to have respect than money. we already know about Shakib Al Hasan’s ban. He was banned for not inform about match fixer to the anti-corruption unit. Now the ICC is in a tough position for match fixer. No one involved in fixing will be exempted.

Useless but good for both boards, no revenue from the tickets but media rights helps everyone. English team already playing cricket so limited over cricket doesn't hurt much. On the other hand Australian team could use some intl match practice as well.
