India has lost the back to back three games of test in their home ground against New Zealand and now they are going to South Africa to play the series of T20. Will the morale be down ?

I think once again India is ready to be whitewash but at the same time, there is much difference in the Indian test squad and in the Indian T20 squad. Test team is more stronger I think as compared to Indian T20 squad. Let's see what will India do, I don’t think India can win this series with the recent performances. In the world cup, there was Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma and many others but I don't think they will do something similar today.
