Delhi Capitals almost had a chance to win most of the matches but they did not win at the end. Due to which Delhi Capitals have to be at the bottom of the points table. But in today's match both Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad are fighting and both of the teams are the same category. Both have equal points so far. No one expected Punjab to win this match. However, they had a chance to reduce the run margin further.
Punjab captain Shikhar Dhawan used his 7 bowlers in this match. But the more interesting thing is that LSG captain KL Rahul used all his 9 bowlers in this match. Except for Stoinis and Rahul, probably every player in the squad bowled in this match. We don't know why KL Rahul took such a decision.

Lucknow Super Giants beat Punjab Kings by 56 runs. The LSG performance in today match. It takes a lot of effort to score 257 runs in 20 overs the Marcus Stoinis knock of 72 runs in just 40 balls was impressive. The team success was greatly aided by the 4 wickets taken by Yash Thakur and the 3 taken by Naveen-ul-Haq. The Lucknow Super Giants enormous score was too much for the Punjab Kings to overcome, despite A. Tade heroic effort of 66 runs in 36 balls.

LSG had the better performance in this match as they won by a score of 56 runs. Lucknow vs Punjab underway. Am expecting Lucknow to win this one as long as other batsmen support Mayers properly. Rahul is playing slowly once again. He seriously needs to improve his strike rate asap.

Also, it looks like Dhawan is back which is great news for Punjab. Let's see if they are still over-dependent on him or not.

Edit: Lucknow batsmen are on fire. They had the chance to break the highest score IPL record, but Arshdeep bowled a great final over.
