Latest news is rain has stopped pouring down but play is not resumed because of wet outfield. I think they will complete the match today by any mean. One option is ruthless DLS.

Gujarat Titans managed to score 214 runs by batting first against CSK. Every batsman in the front row has performed well. Wriddhiman Saha and Shubman Gill got off to a good start in the opening batting followed by Sai Sudharsan who dominated the medal order. This batsman of Gujarat Titans was able to score 96 runs in 47 balls, although he narrowly missed the century.

The bad news is that the second innings is currently suspended due to rain. GT have posted 214 on the board today after a splendid batting performace. CSK was pretty average in the field tonight, very unlike them. CSK have got a good batting unit, but still this is a massive total and its a big ask to chase it against the GT bowling. Should be exciting nonetheless.

I don't think you'll go speechless. If it was a league match we could've been able to watch good performance coming from CSK batsmen. Right now it is the finals, which is a pressure. Adding to that is the big score that makes the players under more pressure. Next thing chasing the target, batting first let the players have free to do plan and they just go with the flow. While chasing target it is a must to score the required runs to keep the winning possibility strong. In all means Gujarat Titans were the upper hands. Anyhow the first batting got over and lets watch the chasing without any expectation in mind Cheesy

Shubman Gill got out after playing only 20 balls. this is bad news for GT. because Shubman Gill was the most reliable player of GT team. he hit 7 fours off 20 balls. his batting performance was excellent today as well. but unfortunately he got out. Chahar might have dropped the cup by dropping Gill so early. He dropped an easy catch and has been pretty expensive so far. GT is on top at the moment. Both Saha and Gill are scoring well currently.

Finally much expected match toss have been flipped. Chennai Super Kings have won the toss, which in my view looks like a win for CSK. Dhoni have decided to bowl first, as there are chances of rain.
