David Warner is one of the most under-rated players in the IPL. He played IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad for many seasons, before being kicked out of the team due to some spat with Kane Williamson. But that doesn't take away the fact that he is one of the all-time top run-scorers in this tournament. He is at no.4 position right now, with 5668 runs from 155 matches. He is behind Kohli, Dhawan and Rohit, but his batting average (41.99) is much higher than any of these three (Rohit's average is just 30.66). Warner's strike rate (140.58) is also higher than either of the other three. David Warner is still one of the greatest players and openers in my opinion. He is also perfectly fit for T20 cricket. He generally has a very high scoring rate. But this season, he has not been able to score freely and quickly because his team not being able to complement him properly in batting.
