Training human beings and impacting knowledge on them to become functional members of the society is a very serious task, siting the fact that we all come from different families with different religious and political ideologies and some humans are difficult to be taught,, So we should take seriously those who have decided to take on the responsibility of teaching and training humans and ensure that their welfare is top priority , if we don't transfer knowledge and norms to the next generation, we probably would go back to the cave men era,
I have met my research and understand that all this session is very important teachers have their own rules to play as academicians and don't also have your own to play as people who save life so without stitches don't us won't have known the problem of woman or who I'm the and without tortoise a teacher wouldn't have survived from illness so I think they are all correct and the respectful and one cannot function without another and the society still be okay
If truly we the government knows how to treat and care for the teachers because the teachers are the one who learn and study just to make sure they have the knowledge to share to us, so we can become something meaningful in life, and be able to share the knowledge they pass to us to others, teachers truly deserve the best, I keep on remembering when I was still in dubai for my study, there was a particular teacher that was so good to me, and I was very happy because she was so intelligent and I keep on appreciating her, cause she normally sacrifice her time for me, and make sure everyone is understanding, the truth of the matter is that teachers deserve the best, if not for anything, but for the time of there research to make sure to have the knowledge to impact to us.
Without doubt, teachers are truly nation builders putting so much effort to ensure that they train professionals of various professions. I think teachers deserve more attention and rewards from the society. This way, they will be encouraged to do more.
But I could say that the government also saw this but they are not doing anything to increase their salary. The hard work that has been done by the teacher should be paid off since they are going overtime without being paid and doing lesson plans and it is not easy. All professionals are really teachers so without them we wouldn't see any professionals right now. We just not be thankful for them but also should push through their salary increase as it is also for the own good of the people that they are teaching.

Teachers are the cornerstones of every successful person, regardless of their line of work, because they impart to us the fundamentals of life and are skilled in dealing with children and students from diverse backgrounds and levels of upbringing. Some people are actually overshadowing their significance in society because they receive very little money from the government, which is against what should happen.

Sad to hear that some teachers in other countries are underpaid or not paid but in my country I found ironic situation that some teachers are abusive they're request so much and some of them are posting in social media that their Salary it's not enough. They're making protest in social media . I'm also a future teacher and I know teacher our really important because they give everyone opportunity to our learners to learn, but my advice don't abused it to much when we know already it's enough on us.

Some farmers did not attend school, but you would be surprised at how bright they are; they will simply learn it from others, such as trainings and other farmers who thought to them. Farmers who teach other farmers are considered teachers, but they do this for the benefit of all farmers helping one another. Back to the topic, most of the responses here stated that teachers are low-paid and only a few countries have high salaries, which surprised me because I assumed it was only in our country because we are a third-world country, but I believe it is true for the majority of the countries in the world.
Without my teacher who was patient with me, I would never have learned calculus, one subject that geve me the most tough time in way back in school. Teachers deserve better. Without them, the world wouldn't be where it is at the moment. From the technological advances in health, agriculture, industries, we owe it to teachers who passed down their knowledge painstakingly to students. There are certain schools where teachers earn high too but that is usually in privately owned schools. You can compare what is paid in schools like British International Schools, Corona International Schools, or other international schools based in my country etc you will know they pay well unlike the peanuts paid by government owned schools. Teachers in my country are disrespected because people know hey are not well paid. In Nigeria people relate with you based on how much money they think your salary is. Citizens worship politicians because they think they are rich while teachers are ridiculed because they know they are poorly paid.

one of the people that understand our own kids is their teachers. Most of the quality and good teacher takes our children like their own in term of caring and impact good knowledge, teacher them good values and morals... I think teacher deserves the highest salary more than any portfolio.
