i ordered 8x Hex16A without the Chips a while ago (Order Reference TEGHAXVCJ),
is there any news when my boards will be ready ?

I had electrical shop. Maybe you can use my shop name as company name. I will PM you the name & update it on my account address. The rest is same(address & phone number).

Maybe you need to specified the HEX16A as USB power supply @ 10 EUR each

Right now best i got is two working units. PSU is a 800+ psu from corsair which should be far enough to power them.
Sent you screenshots, maybe you know what to do.
The two working ones are running fine under w7, i will post an tutorial for others who will receive their miners shortly.

Post guys seems to be lazy often. I have such things happen to me too sometimes. I dont like that at all.

As far our enclosure design was not able to cool the boards we put it on hold.
I did ship your boards in order not to hold delivery anymore.
Please test the boards and if there is something not working you'll receive replacement unit on our account.

If they are working I can send you just the twisted parts

i received my package today and i have to say that i am unhappy about it.
This is what i received:

What i payed for was 5 Hex16B Boards. 4 Within an enclousure, with included cable to chain or connect them on a easy way. And one with standalone heatsink and fan! (Even one of them has twisted metal shafts and cant be stacked anymore)
I now got 5 standalone units for which would have been cheaper than the 4 with enclousure and the one with standalone setup.
Right now i need to gather up to 5 USB cables to even connect them all, what i think is ridicolous.

I have to say i am really dissapointed about this. That wasnt what i payed for and now its even more complicated. As i saw right now you took the enclousure out of the shop. I'm sure there was something written like that i will receive all the needed cables to chain them inside the enclousure.


Except that i had some serious issues with the dpd courier saying two times, that there was no one around when he was at the house. Even though that there werer more than 2 people around at the house each time. When i started this Avalon journey in early April i thought about receiving them latest in august. Now its nearly september and nearly everyone has brought in a delay. Avalon did and yes Technobit did even DPD did it.

This really is a sad thing and i hope your shipping estimates will be more precisely than +- 2 weeks in future events.
