Ok guys.. This is not looking good.

We are past the 2 week deadline Martin said.. and creeping on the 4 week.

Interestingly enough I got a response to an open ticket I had from MS about a bad R9-290x I bought from them requesting a receipt so I could send it back.

Now I will not post the Entire thread as I believe there is a serious mistake on MS part as I have never heard from nor received an email from him. He is now saying I never confirmed the chips.

OK hold the fuck up. I did, Matt confirmed, Martin confirmed. I have all this logged. Yet this Thomas guy says I never sent him my techno order #. Please tell me how this makes sense. Matt confirms I was part of the first batch and the chips in hand (remember the post with the fancy pic of chips).

I contact Marto and he says he sees it and sends me the dhl tracking. I pay Martin to build 50 boards and now Thomas is saying I sent him an invalid DHL # when Marto sent it to me. Who the hell is Thomas? Is the the new fall guy?

Guys.. This is not looking good at all.

He said she said shit goes no where.

What the fuck is going on at MS, and GDI Martin, I believe in you man, but please tell I am fine and order went out today... If you guys are working together to stall folks, oh shit that is not good.

Marto, are you sending the stuff needed to stack these as well? I ordered 200 arctic freezer pros as this is what you recommended, I know you said earlier they can stack, but are you sending the stuff to do that as well? If not, what will I need please as this is the last few pieces I need to get 5 10 stacks going. Thank you so much in advance and look forward to a tracking number Monday. Smiley

Also, I have a friend who is an aluminum welder and we are already working on a standard rack mounting solution for 20 per level. I will post more on this as we progress.

 Marto Please respond.
We have standard stacking holes in the base heat sink and in a few days I'll put photos how it is assembled

I look forward to seeing that rack scrappy doo.

BTW, we are making it so in the winter it can be pulled and taken in the house. I ran another 2 lead's to a location in the house that will support 8 psu's. It will also be a 2 plug operation as needed. Power and ethernet. Those Tripplites were high, but I paid in BTC and they are simple as twist and lock. That's why I chose no receptacles.

I will have to rethink the stacks though. Marto said 10 max, I am going to break it down into 8's. This way I do not have to have PSU's splitting load and easy to move. Basically another TP-Link. I hate to do it, but I think it will make it easier, and not as tall.

 Keep the advice coming guys!

See here for the electrical I installed.

Brainwashed this way
I use an amazonbasics 2.0 powered usb hub with the tp link mr3020. This combination has been running since February with my technobit boards. I have never had it fail for any reason. Rock Solid. Better than any pc running any software.

Note: I had used powered 2.0 usb just in case the router would act like a raspberry pi and not work well with 3.0.

when i remember it well, its is because tp-link can not handle a direct usb connection very well.
Think Zich explained it somewhere.

So is it recommended to use a usb hub as well as the tp-link?
