Regardless whether true or not true about what he promises to do, what is the basis for trusting him with my money, a total stranger for that matter and of all platforms it's telegram which is a place widely known as a harbour for scammers.

There are gambling games that doesn't requires one to have knowledge and skills on it to be able to play, with some luck you good to having a win as chance permits. So making my bets myself and knowing where my money could probably go to is a much better. If I win I win, if I lose I lose. Better to lose a bet than having the feeling of been scammed.

To be frankly I kinda don't like to use any betting agent employed on Telegram. They say Telegram communications are encrypted... probably it is what it is, but the reality is that all decryption keys are under control of the Russia intelligence agencies, so that they are able to listen to all communications. So manipulations can not be excluded.

It is not so. Sometimes you need such service. For example you have some restrictions in your country. But there are lots of such organizations with lots of proves of their stable work. Without "write me in telegram".
As the result, even if the OP not a cheater - the service is ok, the promoting is awful.

However, since scammers who deceive naive people and completely disappear after the victim sends them their money exist and are quite active on the Internet, this means that this method of fraud works, it works and brings money to criminals. I do not understand at all whether Internet users will ever learn to understand that almost all such offers to send money to an unknown person are fraud. When i see the word "Telegram", I at once knew that there are high chance for this person to scam. Most people scam on telegram and now these betting agents on Telegram are very hard to trust.
As far as OP is concerned, he will never return here because it is not very easy to scam here as people here on the forum identify shady services very quickly. However, on other platforms like facebook and telegram, such people are very active with their scam businesses/services.

And this is primarily due to the difference in the audience of our forum and those people who communicate on these social networks. There are too many naive and inexperienced users who actually believe scammers. There are really a lot of such people, simply because in their lives they are accustomed to trusting other people, sometimes even strangers. And so they think that this attitude of trust in a stranger extends to social networks. And this is dangerous to do because you are right and the world of the Internet is filled with scammers of all stripes. And many of them use elements of social psychology to process an unprepared, naive interlocutor and persuade him to transfer money to the desired account of the scammer. Then, naturally, the scammer disappears, and the victim goees to the police and getting the money back in this case is already very problematic, as is identifying the scammer. And if the amounts of stolen money are relatively small, then no one in the police will be involved in this search for money.

Gambling is very risk but we must be very careful who to try and trust.

I hate anything that has to do with telegram, and any service provider most especially the ones that are dealing on cryptocurrency, the only way we can have some believe is when everything can happen in the forum so that if there is any form of scam, there will be a prove to follow up the case with, but with the present conditions of things, no one will ever believe telegram deals.

I think the aim of the ops is to get gamblers money and working away with it because he doesn't have any service to offer, and all that he is after is the money he will get from the attempt scam, most especially requesting for gambler's to send him money as in form of subscription into his service and through cryptocurrency, and what makes his offers to be more suspicious is the fact that he want the deal to be done on telegram.

If he doesn't have any interior motive, he would have provided all the necessary details here in the Forum and make all his offers open and clear with the terms and conditions clearly stated.

Most people who will be a victim of this kind of business are those who are after for quick money and have very little to no effort of doing their part to at least do a little bit of research. They are after for quick gain, however, they will soon find out that they got screwed by these scammers.

Keep in mind, very rare that you can encounter a trusted individuals or groups via telegram platform. Most are fraudsters and are trying to siphon money from their victims. It is breeding ground of scammers so to speak.
