Guys, if the information appeared on TechCrunch, it means that it's reliable.
At least reliable sources or directly Telegram confirmed such intentions to them.
But of course, sometimes, intentions can be reversed. But I doubt that this will happen in this case.

I am still skeptical as to if this is actually in the pipeline, one thing that seems almost certain is that if it does happen the sale will be a great success, telegram is almost essential to use for anyone who is enthusiastic about cryptos.

I think that it is very unlikely that this goes under the radar, it would be a massive ICO and the media would be spreading the news. The best way to know is let it cool down for a week or two.

That mesh-moving elements are so deeply scam in my memory I cant even recall the times scammers used them on their websites. Is it a trademark already?
